    摘要: A displacement control valve for a variable displacement compressor. The displacement control valve includes a drive force transmission body, a pressure sensitive chamber, an internal passage, and a valve body. The valve body includes an annular seal which is contactable with a valve seat surface facing toward the first valve body. The drive force transmission body includes a drive rod and a valve body structure having a shaft passage and forming the first valve body. The drive rod is fitted to the shaft passage and coupled to the valve body structure so as to form a gap passage between an outer surface of the drive rod and a wall surface of the shaft passage. The internal passage includes a recess arranged radially inward from the annular seal, the shaft passage, and the gap passage. The gap passage is in direct communication with the recess.

The displacement control valve includes a drive force transmission body, a pressure sensitive chamber, an internal passage, and a valve body. The valve body includes an annular seal which is contactable with a valve seat surface facing toward the first valve body. The drive force transmission body includes a drive rod and a valve body structure having a shaft passage and forming the first valve body. The drive rod is fitted to the shaft passage and coupled to the valve body structure so as to form a gap passage between an outer surface of the drive rod and a wall surface of the shaft passage. The internal passage includes a recess arranged radially inward from the annular seal, the shaft passage, and the gap passage. The gap passage is in direct communication with the recess.

The control valve includes a valve body, an electromagnetic driving device, a buffer spring, and an urging spring. The electromagnetic driving device drives the valve body toward a position for closing the valve hole. The buffer spring urges the valve body toward the position for closing the valve hole. The urging spring urges the valve body in a direction away from the position for closing the valve hole against an elastic urging force of the buffer spring. In a state where no current is supplied to the electromagnetic driving device, the valve body is capable of moving in a direction away from the position for closing the valve hole against the elastic urging force of the buffer spring.

    摘要: A control valve for a clutch type variable displacement compressor includes a liquid-discharge passage for connecting a second port in communication with a control-pressure chamber of the compressor to a third port in communication with the suction-pressure region of the compressor. Opening and closing the liquid-discharge passage are controlled by movement of a pressure-sensing member of a pressure-sensing mechanism. The pressure-sensing member is placed such that the liquid-discharge passage is opened while pressure equalization inside the compressor at a stop of the compressor is maintained in starting the compressor from its stop state. The pressure-sensing member is moved in a direction which causes the liquid-discharge passage to be closed when a pressure in the suction-pressure region is lowered and reaches a predetermined pressure as the compressor is started.

The displacing device includes a first pressure chamber, a second pressure chamber, a second bellows, a transmission rod, and an urging spring. The second pressure chamber communicates with a suction chamber. The interior of the second pressure chamber is a suction pressure zone. When the pressure in the suction pressure zone is less than or equal to a predetermined reference pressure, the transmission rod moves an actuation rod (valve body) to open a valve hole. Therefore, a variable displacement compressor is prevented from operating with a large displacement when there is insufficient amount of refrigerant or when the speed of the compressor is high.

The solenoid mechanism includes a yoke, a plunger housing, a fixed core and a plunger. The yoke accommodates the solenoid and forms a magnetic path. The plunger housing made of stainless steel connects with the yoke, and has a central axis. The fixed core connects with the yoke. The plunger is accommodated in the plunger housing and connects with the valve body. The plunger is attracted to the fixed core to move in the direction of the central axis by applying electromagnetic force from the solenoid. Black oxide treatment is performed to the yoke after the plunger housing is brazed to the yoke.

    摘要: A first bleed passage and a second bleed passage each connect a crank chamber of a compressor with a suction chamber of the compressor. A first supply passage and a second supply passage each connect the crank chamber with a discharge chamber of the compressor. A first control valve adjusts the opening size of the first supply passage in response to the pressure in the suction chamber. A second control valve includes a ball valve and an electromagnetic actuator. The ball valve adjusts the opening size of the second supply passage and the opening size of the first bleed passage. The electromagnetic actuator moves the ball valve. The ball valve is moved to a first position and to a second position. At the first position, the ball valve closes the second supply passage and opens the first bleed passage. At the second position, the ball valve opens the second supply passage and closes the first bleed passage. A displacement control device, which includes the first and second control valves, readily and reliably changes the displacement of the compressor.
