摘要: A heat treatment apparatus for a selenization process or a sulphurization process carried out when forming a light absorbing layer in a chalcopyrite-type solar cell, comprises a quartz tube in which a plurality of solar cell substrates is arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals in a thickness direction, a heating mechanism for heating atmospheric gas, which is arranged at an outside of the quartz tube, and first baffle plates arranged upward of the substrates, in which heated atmospheric gas, which rises along an inner surface of the quartz tube, is guided from upward to the center of the substrates.

摘要: A portable power generating system can be operated by using a portable pressure canister containing a liquefied butane fuel gas. In the power generating system, a part of the butane gas contained in the pressure canister is used as a fuel gas and reminder of the butane gas is used to prepare a reformed gas containing hydrogen gas by reaction with water. The hydrogen gas in the reformed gas and oxygen gas in air are used in a fuel cell to generate electric power. The power generating system is characterized in a compact portable one which further comprises a device for regulating the amount of the butane gas discharged from said pressure canister and a device for controlling a flow rate of the butane gas, installed in feed lines of supplying the butane gas from said pressure canister to said reforming device.

摘要: Two types of disposable pans made from a paper sheet material by press means are disclosed, particularly designed to prevent its paper configuration from easily deforming and/or to prevent its bottom portion from easy burning or scorching. The one type includes at least two parts, a bowl-like concave part having a bottom portion and an opening divergent part extended upwards from said concave parts. This type necessitates a specific supporting means when used with a cooking oven. The another type additionally includes a flange part interposed between said two parts and can be used without any supporting means. In order to prevent the paper configuration from easy deforming, a plurality of folds are provided on the opening divergent part to have the overlapped width small, and/or a synthetic resin is laminated on said paper sheet material. In order to prevent the bottom portion from easily burning, the inner upper surface of said bottom portion is provided with one or plural projections, a metallic foil or sheet is laminated on the outer back surface of said bottom portion, and/or the paper sheet material is impregnated with a surface active agent or the like.
