    摘要: Provided is a wellbore casing liner printing system that includes a casing liner print head adapted to be disposed in an annular region located between a casing pipe disposed in a wellbore of a hydrocarbon well and a wall of the wellbore and adapted to rotate within the annular region and deposit material into the annular region to form a casing liner in the annular region. The casing liner print head including a first set of printing nozzles arranged in series in a radial direction, and a second set of printing nozzles arranged in series in the radial direction and offset from the first set of printing nozzles. The first set of printing nozzles adapted to eject a first casing liner material into the annular region and the second set of printing nozzles adapted to eject a second casing liner material into the annular region to form the casing liner of the first casing liner material and the second casing liner material.

    摘要: A drilling fluid comprises one or more deep eutectic solvents in an amount greater than or equal to 70 wt. % based on the total weight of the drilling fluid. Each deep eutectic solvent comprises at least one hydrogen bond acceptor compound and at least one hydrogen bond donor compound. A molar ratio of the total moles of the hydrogen bond donor compounds to the total moles of the hydrogen bond acceptor compounds in each deep eutectic solvent is from 0.1 to 1.0. The drilling fluid has a density greater than or equal to 200 kg/m3. The drilling fluid has a viscosity greater than or equal to 0.5 Pa·s when measured at 25° C. Methods for drilling wells in subterranean formations using the drilling fluid are also disclosed.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to embodiments of synthetic functionalized additives. The synthetic functionalized additive may include a layered magnesium silicate. The layered magnesium silicate may include a first functionalized silicate layer including a first tetrahedral silicate layer covalently bonded to at least two different functional groups, an octahedral brucite layer, including magnesium, and a second functionalized silicate layer including a second tetrahedral silicate layer covalently bonded to at least two different functional groups. The octahedral brucite layer may be positioned between the first functionalized silicate layer and the second functionalized silicate layer. The at least two different functional groups covalently bonded to the first tetrahedral silicate layer may be the same or different than the at least two different functional groups covalently bonded to the second tetrahedral silicate layer.
