摘要： Novel receptor polypeptides, polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides, and related compositions. The polypeptides of the present invention can be used to down-regulate their natural ligands. The polynucleotides and subsequences thereof can be used as diagnostic probes to determine if chromosome 19 is mutated. The antibodies which bind to the polypeptides can be used to purify the receptors and to inhibit the binding of the ligands onto the receptors.
