    摘要: When a contention is detected between a memory write address and a display read address in a memory circuit which stores display data, a host retry pulse generating circuit generates a display read signal and a display line data transfer signal based on a memory write clock, and supplies these to the memory circuit while supplying the display line data transfer signal to a line latch circuit. Alternatively, upon detection of the contention above, a same line re-display read processing circuit performs same line re-display read processing without moving to the next line, and supplies a display read signal and a display line data transfer signal to the memory circuit while supplying the display line data transfer signal to the line latch circuit.

    摘要: A memory access switchover circuit relays a data access to the image memory by a writing control circuit and a data access to the image memory by the display control circuit. A blanking period change control circuit extends the blanking period in a display frame at timing of reception of start of the writing operation upon receiving the start of the writing operation to the image memory by the wiring control circuit. The writing control circuit outputs a request for writing the image data to the memory access switchover circuit upon receiving the input of the image data. The memory access switchover circuit switches from the data access by the display control circuit to the data access by the writing control circuit when the request for writing is received.

The load judging circuit judges a transition state of the display pixel data based on the display pixel data and the preceding display pixel data and predicts a drive load capacity CL based on a result of the judgment. A drivability adjusting circuit adjusts a signal level of the display pixel data based on a result of the prediction of the drive load capacity CL and adjusts drivability of an output.

    摘要: A fixing device is provided that suppresses loss in heat radiation from both ends in a longitudinal direction which is a direction corresponding to an axial direction of a fixing roller in a heating member so as to be able to uniform distribution of a temperature in the longitudinal direction of the heating member and to attain uniform fixing capability. A planar heat generating element provided in a heating member includes electrodes at both ends in a circumferential direction so that a flowing direction of current flowing through the planar heat generating element is a direction substantially orthogonal to a longitudinal direction as a direction extending along an axial direction of a fixing roller in the planar heat generating element. The planar heat generating element is constituted so that the both ends in the longitudinal direction thereof have larger thickness than that of a center part thereof.

    摘要: A fixing device includes a fixing belt for fixing an unfixed toner image onto a recording medium, a planar heating member for heating the fixing belt, and a pressure roller. The heating member includes a ceramic heat generating element having a PTC characteristic, and a high-thermal-conductive heat diffusion member. The fixing belt is formed in an endless shape and is supported around, at least, the high-thermal-conductive heat diffusion member, thereby to be heated. The ceramic heat generating element comes into contact with the fixing belt over the full width thereof with the high-thermal-conductive heat diffusion member interposed therebetween. The high-thermal-conductive heat diffusion member comes into contact with the fixing belt over the full width thereof and diffuses heat generated by the heat generating element, in the traveling direction of the fixing belt.
