    摘要： An improved electrical interconnect member for rechargeable battery packs is provided. The interconnect member includes a metal tab and a plastic housing. The metal tab preferably includes side bends projecting below the tab in a non-perpendicular geometric orientation with the top of the tab. The tab includes at least one lance for preventing post-assembly, lateral movement between the tab and housing. The housing is preferably Y-shaped, with the outer surfaces of the Y having concave curvatures. The concave curvatures allow the housing to seat between adjoining, cylindrical cells. The housing includes a rail with a cross section that corresponds to the area between the side bends and the top of the tab. The housing also includes a post for coupling to the lances.

    摘要： An adaptor for converting a conventional electronic device into one capable of being charged by a contactless charger is provided. The adaptor has a base member that couples to the electronic device, and a sliding member that includes a contact block for electrically coupling the adaptor to the electronic device. The base member includes a contactless pick-up coil for receiving energy from a conatactless charger. The base member is coupled to the electronic device, and the sliding member is moved from an extended position to a retracted position, thereby coupling the electrical contacts of the contact block to a charging receptacle on the electronic device.

    摘要： This invention is a battery charger capable of coupling to similar chargers so as to form an effective multi-unit charger that can be configured to a user's needs. The charger includes at least one pocket for accommodating a rechargeable battery pack. The charger is capable of linking to other chargers due to mechanical and electrical connection disposed on the charger. The charger has an external housing that includes a male electrical connector and a female electrical connector that facilitate linking similar chargers in a chain. A mechanical shroud is disposed about one of the electrical connectors, while a mechanical shroud recess is disposed about the other. A hemispherical linking flange extends from one side of the charger, while a linking flange recess is disposed along the other side. The mechanical and electrical connections of this charger allow multiple chargers to be linked together and still withstand the rigorous drop tests required by OEM manufacturers.
