A driving circuit for improving starting of a hybrid induction motor and its method includes a capacitor for operation electrically connected between a main coil and a auxiliary-coil, and a starting and current cutting-off means electrically connected with the capacitor for operation, applying a high starting current to a motor in starting, and cutting off the starting current when the motor is operated at a synchronous speed after the starting, so that a satisfactory starting characteristic can be obtained by increasing output under a low voltage state in starting, and effective operation can be performed by decreasing output under a normal operation state after the starting is completed.

Disclosed is a stator of an induction motor, the induction motor comprising: a stator provided with a main winding coil and an auxiliary winding coil at a plurality of slots formed at a body of the stator; an induction rotor rotatably inserted into the stator; and a magnet rotor rotatably inserted between the stator and the induction rotor. Coil spans, intervals between the slots of the stator, are different each other thus to have an increased counter electromotive force induced to the main winding coil at the time of driving, thereby enhancing efficiency of the motor. Also, end lengths of the main winding coil and the auxiliary winding coil become short and the structure becomes simple, thereby reducing a consumption amount of the coil and facilitating a coil winding work.

The rotor may include a laminated core including a plurality of laminated silicon steel sheets being equally divided into a plurality of regions with respect to a central portion of the plurality of silicon steel sheets. Each of the plurality of regions may include a plurality of barriers. Guide pin holes may be formed between adjacent regions so as to receive guide pins therethrough to align the plurality of silicon steel sheets and end caps provided at opposite ends thereof. Rivets may penetrate receiving holes formed at corresponding barriers in each of the respective regions so as to couple the laminated core and the end caps.
