    摘要: The present invention relates to a prism sheet having a side which is perpendicular to the normal of a light guiding plate. The prism sheet includes a prism sheet base film and a plurality of linearly aligned prisms. The prisms are formed on one side of the prism sheet base film. Here, one side of each prism is perpendicular to the prism sheet base film. The prism sheet condenses a light outputted from a light guiding plate using its internal total reflection, and so the efficiency of the light is enhanced.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a backlight unit having a polarization film for performing the function of a reflective polarization film. The backlight unit includes a light source, an optical film and a polarization film. The light source emits a light having a certain wavelength. The optical film is located proximate to the light source to transmit the light outputted from the light guiding plate in a certain direction. The polarization film is located proximate to the optical film. Here, the polarization film has a UV curing resin and lines disposed on the UV curing resin, and polarize the light transmitted from the optical film. The backlight unit manufactures the polarization film by using UV curing resin and metal substance, and thus the manufacture period of the polarization film may be reduced. Accordingly, the polarization film may be manufactured in great quantities.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a back light unit. Particularly, the present invention relates to a back light unit which can increase the efficiency of light condensation. A back light unit according to the present invention comprises a light source unit; a light guiding plate for changing and emitting the light incident from the light source unit into surface light, and having a means for preventing light loss on an incident surface facing the light source unit; and a prism sheet located on the upper surface of the light guiding plate, each prism facing the light guiding plate. Preferably, the means for preventing light loss is protuberantly formed on the incident surface toward the light source unit, or in the form of prism on the incident surface. And, preferably, the means for preventing light loss is a fresnel lens attached onto the incident surface. Preferably, the means for preventing light loss has an oblique surface which is curved. The back light unit further includes a reflective sheet located on the lower surface of the light guiding plate to reflect the light emitted from the light guiding plate.

    摘要: The invention includes a testing method which may be applied to at least one writer in a disk drive during the self-test phase to generate write parameters, focused on the Over Shoot Control (OSC) of the write current parameter to improve the reliability of write operations by that writer. The Minimum OSC is used for write operations in normal temperatures. The Optimum OSC is used for a first lower temperature range, preferably between essentially 15 degrees Centigrade and essentially 5 degrees Centigrade. The Maximum OSC is preferred below essentially 5 degrees Centigrade. The Minimum OSC should preferably guarantee both an Adjacent Track Write (ATW) criteria, as well as guarantee a Write Induced Instability (WII) criteria. The invention includes the write parameter collection, as well as the disk drive containing the generated write parameter collection. The invention also includes the method of using that write parameter collection to control a writer while writing to tracks belonging to the radial zone collection and program systems implementing the invention's methods.

The method includes the steps of fabricating a common organic thin film transistor including a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, an organic semiconductor layer and source/drain electrodes laminated on a substrate, and applying a direct current (DC) voltage to between the source and drain electrodes and applying an alternating current (AC) voltage to the gate electrode. The characteristics of an organic thin film transistor deteriorated after lamination of the respective layers can be recovered by the simple treatment. Therefore, the OTFT fabricated by the method has low threshold voltage, low driving voltage, high charge carrier mobility, and high Ion/Ioff ratio.
