Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided in the present disclosure. The display panel includes a substrate and an array layer on the substrate, where the array layer includes a plurality of control units, one control unit includes a plurality of thin-film transistors, and the plurality of thin-film transistors in a same control unit is sequentially arranged along a ring-shaped path. The display panel further includes a plurality of light-emitting units on a side of the array layer away from the substrate. The plurality of light-emitting units and the plurality of control units are in a one-to-one correspondence. A light-emitting unit includes a plurality of light-emitting devices each having a first electrode. A plurality of first electrodes in a same light-emitting unit is sequentially arranged along an arrangement direction of the plurality of thin-film transistors in a control unit corresponding to the same light-emitting unit.

Abstract: A display panel and fabrication method, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a substrate, an array layer disposed on the substrate, and a light-emitting device disposed on a side of the array layer facing away from the substrate. The array layer includes a thin film transistor, and the thin film transistor includes a ring-shaped active layer, a ring-shaped gate electrode isolatedly overlapped with a channel region of the ring-shaped active layer, and a ring-shaped first end corresponding to and connected to the ring-shaped active layer. The ring-shaped first end is one of a source electrode and a drain electrode of the thin film transistor. The light-emitting device includes a first electrode, and the first electrode is connected to the ring-shaped first end, and the first electrode is a ring-shaped electrode.

Abstract: A driving circuit includes a first power signal terminal, a second power signal terminal, a first driving transistor, a light-emitting element, a first storage module, a first boost module, a first light-emitting control module, and a data write module. The driving circuit includes a data write stage, a boost stage, and a light-emitting stage in a same frame. At the data write stage, the data write module transmits a first data signal to the first boost node. At the boost stage, the boost signal terminal transmits a boost signal to the first boost module to increase a potential of the first boost node. At the light-emitting stage, the first light-emitting control module is in conduction, and a signal of the first boost node is transmitted to the first node.

Abstract: A display module and a method for monitoring backlight brightness are provided in the present disclosure. The display module includes a display region including an opening region and a non-opening region. The display module includes a backlight module and an array substrate. The array substrate is at a light-exiting side of the backlight module. The array substrate includes a plurality of gate lines which extends along a first direction and is arranged along a second direction, and further includes a plurality of data signal lines which is arranged along the first direction and extends along the second direction. The array substrate further includes a first substrate and at least one photosensitive unit, where the photosensitive unit is at a side of the first substrate away from the backlight module; and the photosensitive unit is disposed at the non-opening region for sensing a luminous brightness of the backlight module.
