    摘要： A lighting film 1 includes a base member 10 which has light-transmitting properties, a plurality of protrusion portions 11 which have light-transmitting properties and are formed on one surface of the base member 10 so as to be adjacent to each other, and a gap portion 12 which is formed between the protrusion portions. In the protrusion portion 11, a first end surface 11a on the base member 10 side or a second end surface 11b on an opposite side to the base member 10 is configured as a light incidence end surface, and a side surface 11c which comes into contact with the gap portion 12 is configured as a reflective surface of totally reflecting light which is incident from the light incidence end surface. The base member 10 or a member that is formed on one surface of the base member 10 and has light-transmitting properties is exposed in the gap portion 12.
