Abstract:
An organic thin film transistor is disclosed, which comprises an azole-metal complex compound used as the gate insulating layer. The method of making the self-assembled gate insulating layer is a water-based processing method that enables the azole-metal complex compound to be self-formed on the patterned gate electrode in a water-based solution and serves as a gate insulating layer. The organic thin film transistor (OTFT) of the present invention comprises the azole-metal complex compound used in the gate insulating layer, therefore can be manufactured in a simple, quick, easy way for large quantities, and low cost.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for fabricating an organic thin film transistor, including: (A) providing a gate electrode; (B) forming a gate insulating layer on the gate electrode; and (C) forming an organic active layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode over the gate insulating layer, and increasing crystallinity of the organic active layer by irradiating the organic active layer. Accordingly, through irradiation, the present invention can efficiently enhance the field effect mobility, and thereby significantly improves the device performance of an organic thin film transistor. Additionally, irradiation mentioned in the present invention also can be used for repairing an organic thin film transistor.

Abstract:
The present invention provides a power supply apparatus for an LED lamp, which mainly uses an isolation transformer to convert a high voltage AC input signal into a low voltage AC signal and thus generate a driving voltage for driving an LED lamp, comprising: a waveform and frequency modulation module disposed on the primary side of the isolation transformer for modulating an input waveform and a frequency f; and a secondary rectifier filter module disposed on the secondary side of the isolation transformer for converting the low voltage AC signal after passing through the isolation transformer into the driving voltage. In this way, the power supply apparatus for an LED lamp utilizes the principle of persistence of vision of human eyes to modulate the waveforms and frequencies of voltages for driving LEDs and can still maintain the normal operation.

Abstract:
A parallel connection device for a personal computer is provided. The personal computer includes a motherboard, a first power supplier, and a second power supplier. The parallel connection device includes a first power plug, a second power socket, and a third power socket. The first power plug is connected to a first power socket of the motherboard. Through a second power plug, the first power supplier is connected to the second power socket. Through a third power plug, the second power supplier is connected to the third power socket. Therefore, the load of the first and the second power suppliers can be reduced.
Abstract:
Some general aspects of the invention relate to approaches for generating a graphical representation of players' gaming experience. Gaming information representing player activity is first collected. The gaming information includes, for example, data obtained from a game log file characterizing a set of game events, and a set of images (e.g., comicshots associated with the game events) for use in generating the graphical representation. Images are associated with significance scores determined from at least the collected gaming information. Based on the significance scores, a set of images is selected for use in the graphical representation, and partitioned into subsets of images each subset to be presented in a respective one of one or more successive presentation units of the graphical representation. In some examples, the graphical representation can be enhanced by introducing textual annotations and/or sound effects to the images.
Abstract:
A touch on-screen display (OSD) control device and a control method therefor and a liquid crystal display (LCD) are provided, wherein a sensing control module and a display control module disposed on the LCD are used to sense and analyze a user's operations, so as to enable the user to adjust a display state of the LCD by a touch operation mode, and an adjusted frame is displayed on a display module of the LCD, thereby enhancing an operation convenience.
Abstract:
A charging balancing system and method thereof based on a battery operating process and are disclosed. This is done by detecting a state of all cells in a detecting battery assembly to generate detection parameters, analyzing the detection parameters to produce an operating process, selecting at least one of residual power estimation methods according to the operating process, so as to calculate a residual power of each cell, and adjusting the charging current and charging time for each cell according to the residual power. As such, the efficiency of charging balancing is promoted.

Some general aspects of the invention relate to approaches for generating a graphical representation of scenes related to an event. Information representing an event is first obtained. The information includes, for example, a set of images of physical scenes related to an event, and additional data associated with the images (for example, geo coordinates and audio files). Images are assigned a degree of significance determined from at least the obtained information representing the event. Based on the degree of significance, a set of images is selected for use in the graphical representation, and partitioned into subsets of images each subset to be presented in a respective one of one or more successive presentation units of the graphical representation. In some examples, the graphical representation can be enhanced by introducing textual annotations to the images. A user can then refine the generated graphical representation by modifying the layout and content of the images and annotations
