摘要: The invention provides a groove structure for printing coating process and manufacturing method thereof. With the groove structure as an interpenetrating and co-axial stacked structure of a first and second grooves formed respectively by first causeway and second causeways, and the smallest part of the second groove opening greater than the largest part of the first groove opening; the inclining inner circumferential surface of the first groove hydrophilic, while the upper surface of the first causeway, the inclining inner circumferential surface of the second groove, and the upper surface of the second causeway hydrophobic, the present invention is able to increase the size of the groove opening for printing coating process without reducing the pixels per inch so that the ink drops can be more easily dripped into the groove. As such, the invention reduces the demand on printer precision and manufacturing difficulty to improve competitiveness.

摘要: The present invention provides an OLED touch control display device and a manufacture method thereof, comprising: an OLED display (1) and a transparent touch panel (2); the OLED display (1) comprises: a substrate (11), a transparent package cover plate (12), first electrode layers (13), an organic emitting light layer (14) and a second electrode layer (15); the first electrode layer (13) is a reflective electrode, and the second electrode layer (15) is a transparent electrode; the transparent touch panel (2) is located at a side of the transparent package cover plate (12) of the OLED display (1) backing to the substrate (11). The OLED touch control display device can allow the top emitting OLED to possess touch control function to prevent the influence of the finger touch to the display result, and to diminish the thickness of the touch control display device and reduce the production cost.

摘要: The present invention discloses a top-emitting OLED device, a method of manufacturing the same, and a display panel. The OLED device includes a substrate, an anode layer, an organic functional layer, a cathode layer, and an auxiliary electrode layer sequentially arranged, wherein the auxiliary electrode layer is arranged on the non-light emitting region of the cathode layer, and the material of the auxiliary electrode layer is electrically conductive. The present invention can increase the conductivity of the cathode layer, reduce the voltage difference between the center and the edge of the screen, and improve the display effect without blocking the light emitting region and not affecting the display brightness of the light emitting region.
