Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel, a preparation method thereof, and a liquid crystal display. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a polymerizable monomer arranged in the liquid crystal layer; wherein a plurality of polymer walls are arranged in the liquid crystal layer; the polymer wall contacts to the first substrate and the second substrate, and a polymerization direction of the polymerizable monomer in the polymer wall is substantially perpendicular to a thickness direction of the polymer wall. By arranging a plurality of polymer walls to limit the flow of the liquid crystal in a liquid crystal layer, improve an edge roughness of a polymer wall, so as to improve light leakage from an edge of pixels and improve a display effect.

Abstract: Disclosed are a substrate including a quantum rod film, a method for manufacturing the substrate including the quantum rod film, and a display panel. Quantum rod assemblies included in the quantum rod film are arranged sequentially on the substrate, and meanwhile lights of different wavelengths can be obtained by adjusting sizes of the quantum rod assemblies. The quantum rod film disclosed corresponds to a combination of a polarizing layer and a color filter layer in the prior art. Thus, a thickness of the display panel can be reduced, and meanwhile production costs can be reduced. Besides, since quantum rods have high light conversion efficiency, a light utilization rate can be improved to enable the display panel to have a high color gamut and a high luminance.

Abstract: The present application discloses an array substrate, including a substrate; a thin film transistor disposed on the substrate; a pixel electrode disposed on the substrate and is in contact with a drain electrode of the thin film transistor; a common electrode disposed above the pixel electrode and is electrically insulated from the pixel electrode, and the common electrode has a plurality of first through holes. The present application further discloses a method of fabricating the array substrate. The array substrate and the fabricating method of the present application can reduce the parasitic capacitance between the common electrode and the pixel electrode, and can accelerate the release of the aggregated ions. In addition, the present application, by forming a stereoscopic electrode structure, the lateral electric field can be effectively enhanced, so that the driving voltage can be reduced, the display transmittance can be improved, and the power consumption can be reduced.

Abstract: Provided are a liquid crystal display device and a manufacture method thereof. The liquid crystal display device is a blue phase liquid crystal display device. The alignment layer is not required. The liquid crystal composition forming the liquid crystal layer comprises liquid crystal material, quantum dots material mixed in the liquid crystal material, polymeric monomer and chiral material; the polymeric monomer is polymerized to form a polymer network under a blue phase temperature range as forming the liquid crystal layer, which can stabilize the blue phase liquid crystal, and thus to expand the blue phase temperature range. The grain size of the quantum dots material in the liquid crystal composition is in the nano scale, which can expand the blue phase liquid crystal temperature range. Namely, the blue phase temperature range of the liquid crystal material has already been expanded before the polymeric monomer is polymerized.

Abstract: A liquid crystal panel and a method of fabricating the same are described. For the liquid crystal panel, an optical alignment treatment is performed to irradiate a polarized ultraviolet light to an optical alignment layer in advance. Thus, when a polymerizing step is performed, tilting directions of the liquid crystal molecules can be made uniform, thereby solving the problem of reducing an optical transmittance existing in the conventional technology.
