Abstract: The disclosure discloses a system and a method for detecting image sticking on a display. The method includes dividing a display image on the display equally into at least two identical sections, one of the at least two sections is as a reference section, drawing sectional chess board images according to a size of the reference section, Fourier transforming the sectional chess board images and each of the sections of the display image respectively, obtaining characteristic frequencies of image sticking on each of the sections and first spectrum energy values in each of spectrum structures correspondingly, additionally obtaining second spectrum energy values of reference frequencies of each of the sections in frequency domain structures, obtaining ratios of the first spectrum energy values to the second spectrum energy values corresponding to each of the sections.

Abstract: The present application discloses a detection system for image sticking of display panel and method thereof, includes obtaining the display panel image to be detecting the image sticking; obtaining the image display portion of the display panel in the display panel image; performing Fourier transform to the image display portion, obtaining a first spectral energy value with characteristic frequency corresponding to the image sticking in the image display portion, and a second spectral energy value of the reference frequency in the image display portion; determining the ratio of the first spectral energy value and the second spectral energy value is exceeding the numerical range of the corresponded qualified detection, if beyond, it is judged as disqualified. By the method described above, the present application can solve the conventional image sticking judgment based on human subjectivity, accurate judgment and objectively evaluation of severity the image sticking of the display panel.

Abstract: An image-sticking inspection method and a device. The method includes: after displaying a standard checkerboard image for a period of time, changing to an image having a specified grayscale value and capturing a residual image; respectively performing a fourier transformation to the standard checkerboard and residual image to obtain a first and a second energy spectrum; respectively transforming the first and the second energy spectrum to polar coordinate; for polar angles from 0 to 2π, summing values of each first and second energy spectrum in the polar coordinate to obtain a checkerboard and an image-sticking energy spectrum; obtaining a characteristic frequency corresponding to a maximum value of the checkerboard energy spectrum; obtaining a first and a second energy value respectively corresponding to the characteristic and a zero frequency of the image-sticking energy spectrum; and dividing the first energy value by the second energy value to obtain an image-sticking evaluation value.
