Abstract: An operating device of a human-powered vehicle comprises a clamp and an operating structure. The clamp is mountable to the human-powered vehicle. The operating structure is configured to receive a user input operation. The operating structure is pivotally coupled to the clamp about a base pivot axis. The operating structure is pivotable relative to the clamp about the base pivot axis between a closed position and an open position. At least one of the clamp and the operating structure define a holder space in which an electric power source is to be provided in a closed state where the operating structure is in the closed position.
