摘要: A powder for forming 3D objects includes a group of particles having an identical composition. The group of the particles includes 50% by mass or greater of aluminum. An oxygen content of the group of the particles is 950 ppm or less. A volume-based particle size frequency distribution of the powder for forming 3D objects has a peak top in a particle diameter range of 40 μm or greater and 70 μm or less, and a peak top in a particle diameter range of 10 μm or greater and 30 μm or less. A ratio (a frequency (%) of the peak top in the particle diameter range of 40 μm or greater and 70 μm or less)/(a frequency (%) of the peak top in the particle diameter range of 10 μm or greater and 30 μm or less) is 1.5 or greater.

摘要: Provided is a three-dimensional object producing method that includes applying an object forming liquid to powder including a base material and an organic material to form a solidified product, and removing the powder deposited on the solidified product from the solidified product using a powder removal liquid including an organic solvent. The following formulae are satisfied RED of non-forming part 0.55. The forming part is a portion of the powder to which the object forming liquid is applied and RED of the forming part is a distance between HSP of the forming part and HSP of the organic solvent. The non-forming part is a portion of the powder to which the object forming liquid is not applied and RED of the non-forming part is a distance between HSP of the non-forming part and HSP of the organic solvent.
