    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a stretchable composite sheet, the first continuous sheet is stretched while being transported from a first nip area to a second nip area. The first continuous sheet is either a sheet in which stretchability has already been developed or a sheet in which stretchability has yet to be developed. An opening is formed in the first continuous sheet intermittently in the transport direction, while transporting the first continuous sheet from the second nip area to a third nip area after the stretching operation. A second continuous sheet having a lower stretchability than the first continuous sheet is overlapped and adhered to the first continuous sheet in the third nip area.

    摘要: In a method of producing a stretchable sheet using a pair of gear rolls each having a plurality of teeth arranged on a circumference thereof, a raw sheet is drawn by passing the raw sheet through a gap between the pair of gear rolls. The raw sheet contains a plurality of types of fibers, and has a plurality of recessed sections formed by pressing. The recessed sections are formed collinearly at least along the drawing direction at a predetermined formation pitch in the drawing direction. An arrangement pitch of the teeth in the drawing direction is greater than the formation pitch and smaller than twice the formation pitch.

    摘要: The present invention provides a steam injection mechanism improved so that water accumulation on an object to be processed can be reliably restricted. A steam injection mechanism comprises a common channel through which steam supplied from a steam supply source flows and distribution channels branched from the common channel to distribute the steam from the common channel wherein the steam is injected from steam injection orifices formed in distal ends of the distribution channels to an object (a fibrous nonwoven fabric) to be processed. When the steam injection mechanism is located above the fibrous nonwoven fabric, the lowermost region of the common channel functions as a condensed water collecting region and, when the steam injection mechanism is located under the fibrous nonwoven fabric, the uppermost region of the common channel functions as the condensed water collecting region.
