摘要： In a method of producing a stretchable sheet using a pair of gear rolls each having a plurality of teeth arranged on a circumference thereof, a raw sheet is drawn by passing the raw sheet through a gap between the pair of gear rolls. The raw sheet contains a plurality of types of fibers, and has a plurality of recessed sections formed by pressing. The recessed sections are formed collinearly at least along the drawing direction at a predetermined formation pitch in the drawing direction. An arrangement pitch of the teeth in the drawing direction is greater than the formation pitch and smaller than twice the formation pitch.

In the course of being fed and transported, the first mesh belt and the second mesh belt are relatively positioned so that the first openings are more or less out of alignment with the second openings, i.e., the second closed region overlap the first openings and thereby the second closed region partially closes the first openings.

摘要： A work treating apparatus includes an injection unit for injecting pressurized steam jets evenly to a work without dropping a temperature of pressurized steam jets. The apparatus includes a conveyor for conveying the work in a machine direction and an injection unit for injecting superheated and pressurized steam jets to the work. The injection unit has a lower surface including a plurality of injection orifices in a cross direction. The conveyor is flexible and includes a first mesh belt facing to an upper surface side of the work and a second mesh belt facing to a lower surface side of the work. The first and second mesh belts sandwich the work therebetweeen to convey the work in the machine direction. The lower surface comes in slidable contact with the first mesh belt to curve at least the first mesh belt of the first and second mesh belts downward.

A first heater with temperature detecting device includes a first laminated sheet heater and a temperature sensor having a temperature measuring portion. The first laminated heater is constituted of first and second insulating resin films, a heater element, a first metal sheet, and a second metal sheet and includes a heater metallic section in which, of the first insulating resin film, the second insulating resin film, the heater element, the first metal sheet, and the second metal sheet, any one of only the first metal sheet and only a combination of the first metal sheet and the second metal sheet is arranged in a lamination direction of the laminated heater. The temperature sensor is fastened to the heater metallic section of the first laminated heater with a flat rivet and fixed to an outer surface of the first metal sheet with the temperature measuring portion is in contact with the first metal sheet.

The controller changes the value of the revolution levels allocated to the respective medium feeding parts based on the allocated revolution levels so that any one of the revolution levels of the plurality of the medium feeding parts is different from the other revolution levels thereof, and controls the plurality of medium feeding parts at changed revolution levels.
