    摘要: A rotor shaft is supported in a rotatable manner at both ends by bearings respectively disposed to a housing forming a part of a stator and provided with a positioning portion of the bearing in at least one shaft end. The positioning portion is formed of an annular step-like rise portion that abuts on a circular arc surface provided to an inner ring corner of the bearing. A rotor shaft capable of holding the bearing in a stable manner over a long period is thus obtained without increasing the number of components and the numbers of working processes and assembly man-hours for the shaft. It thus becomes possible to solve problems, such as an increase in cost due to a large amount of working margin and increases of the direct material cost and in weight due to a larger finishing diameter of the shaft.

    摘要: Provided is a winding bobbin with a simple structure, which allows, even when a number of layers formed by winding a conductor is odd, a winding start-side lead wire and a winding end-side lead wire to be led out in the same direction while ensuring a desired outer diameter size of a rotor coil without loosening a tightly wound conductor. The winding bobbin (50) includes a first flange portion (51) and a second flange portion (52) on both sides of a cylindrical winding portion (49). The second flange portion (52) is provided with a second locking portion (58) for locking a winding end portion (45) of the conductor which is wound around the winding portion (49) in an odd number of layers.

A U1-phase winding of the first three-phase stator winding is configured by connecting a U1-1-phase winding portion and a U1-2-phase winding portion in series, and a U2-phase winding of the second three-phase stator winding is configured by connecting a U2-1-phase winding portion and a U2-2-phase winding portion in series. The U1-1-phase winding portion and the U2-2-phase winding portion are m-turn wave windings, and the U2-1-phase winding portion and the U1-2-phase winding portion are n-turn wave windings (where n does not equal m). The U1-1-phase winding portion and the U2-1-phase winding portion are mounted into a first slot group, and the U1-2-phase winding portion and the U2-2-phase winding portion are mounted into a second slot group.
