摘要: The disclosure relates to a three-dimensional scanning system, the system comprises: a light source, configured to alternately project multiple speckle patterns and fringe patterns on the tested object in sequence; left and right cameras, configured to synchronously acquire left and right speckle images and left and right fringe images of the tested object; a speckle data and mark point data reconstruction module, configured to obtain three-dimensional speckle data and three-dimensional mark point data according to the speckle images; a fringe matching module, configured to back project the three-dimensional speckle data and the three-dimensional mark point data onto the left and right fringe images and guide fringes of the left and right fringe images for matching; and a three-dimensional reconstruction module, configured to reconstruct corresponding fringes matched with the left and right fringe images into the three-dimensional fringe point cloud data.

The three-dimensional measuring system and the measuring method with multiple measuring modes of the present invention can implement the high-precision and high-detail three-dimensional measurement or handheld real-time measurement by switching the measuring modes, thereby having a wide application range.

摘要: A three-dimensional reconstruction method and device based on a monocular three-dimensional scanning system is provided. The method includes: a depth map of a measured object is collected by using the invisible structured light scanning component, and the depth map is converted into a three-dimensional data point set, and the three-dimensional data point set includes a plurality of three-dimensional points; a target light plane equation corresponding to a target three-dimensional point is determined in the plurality of three-dimensional points; the target three-dimensional point is projected onto a modulated multi-line stripe image, and a target stripe corresponding to the target light plane equation is determined in the modulated multi-line stripe image; and a three-dimensional point reconstructed by the target stripe, in a camera coordinate system is obtained according to the target light plane equation and center coordinates of the target stripe.

摘要: A method for processing three-dimensional scanning data is provided. The method includes acquiring a first coordinate set sequence by a target optical tracker measuring a first target ball group when the target optical tracker is at a plurality of different target positions, and a position of the first target ball group remains unchanged. A second coordinate set sequence is obtained by a laser tracker measuring a second target ball group when the target optical tracker is at the plurality of different target positions, a position of the laser tracker remains unchanged, and a relative position of the second target ball group to the target optical tracker remains unchanged. A target transformation matrix between a coordinate system of the target optical tracker and a coordinate system of the laser tracker is determined based on the first coordinate set sequence and the second coordinate set sequence.

摘要: The present application discloses a three-dimensional scanner and a three-dimensional scanning method. The three-dimensional scanner includes: an image projection device, configured to project light onto a target object, wherein the light includes predetermined light projected in the form of a color-coded stripe that is formed by coding stripes of at least two colors; and an image acquisition device, configured to acquire light modulated by the target object so as to obtain at least one stripe image in the case where light is projected onto the target object by the image projection device, wherein the obtained stripe image is taken as a coding image to determine respective stripe sequences and as a reconstruction image to perform three-dimensional reconstruction on the target object.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for generating a three-dimensional model, a device, and a storage medium. The method includes: a scanned texture image and a depth image corresponding to the texture image are acquired; the texture image is processed by a pre-trained mask region convolutional neural network to determine at least one region of interest on the texture image and category information and mask information of each of the at least one region of interest; the depth image is updated according to the category information and the mask information of each of the at least one region of interest to obtain a updated depth image; and a three-dimensional model corresponding to the updated depth image is constructed.
