摘要: An attachment structure for driver seat airbag devices that enables smoother operation of a horn switch. The attachment structure includes: an armature connected to a steering mechanism of the vehicle; and a housing that accommodates the airbag module and that is positioned with respect to the armature. The housing includes positioning pins for implementing relative positioning in XY directions with respect to the armature at a plurality of locations and first openings for implementing positioning in a Z direction at a plurality of locations. The armature is provided with a plurality of second openings through which the positioning pins of the housing are inserted and with a plurality of protrusions that are inserted through the first openings of the housing. The position of Z-direction lower edge sections of the first openings of the housing lies within a range of the depth of the second openings of the armature.

摘要: An attachment structure for driver seat airbag devices that enables smoother operation of a horn switch. 摘要: To provide an airbag device for a front passenger seat which has a simple construction and can sufficiently absorb an external force applied to an instrument panel.The airbag device for a front passenger seat according to the invention includes: an airbag kept in an inflatable and expandable state; an airbag container which is fixed to a vehicle and accommodates the airbag; and an airbag cover which covers the airbag container. The airbag cover has a cover surface portion on the instrument panel side and a cover extending portion which extends from the cover surface portion in a first direction toward the airbag container. The cover extending portion is characterized by having a deformable region which deforms more easily than the other parts to absorb impact force by deformation. When a pressure (impact force) is applied to the instrument panel from the outside, the deformable region can be deformed elastically or plastically to absorb the impact force.

摘要: An airbag module may include an inflator, an air bag, and an air bag case housing. The air bag case housing may be attached to the air bag and attached to the inflator. The inflator supplies a gas to the air bag housed in the air bag case. The air bag case may include an engagement member having an opening and a hook disposed on two opposing sides of thereof, and a lower surface plate member that is attached to the engagement member by a bridge member. The hooks may be shaped to engage an instrument panel, thereby attaching the air bag case to the instrument panel. The air bag module may also include a fabric housing disposed around the air bag housed. The fabric housing may have a box-like shape with a bottom portion, an open ceiling portion, and a connecting hole disposed in the bottom portion.

摘要: An airbag module including an inflator, an air bag, and an air bag case. The air bag case houses the air bag and is attached to the inflator. The inflator supplies a gas to the air bag housed in the air bag case.
