摘要： An inkjet recording device including a tank incorporated inside an inkjet recording head and divided into a large-capacity main chamber and first and second vertically-arranged needle-receiving chambers. Each needle-receiving chamber includes a connecting hole for communication with the main chamber and an opening for receiving a needle. First and second needles that pass through corresponding first and second resilient joints that seal the opening are inserted into the corresponding first and second needle-receiving chambers. The upper first needle is connected to a pump for discharging air through a first tube, and the lower second needle is connected to a main tank for supplying ink through a second tube. In each needle-receiving chamber, the connecting hole is positioned above the opening, and/or the connecting hole is made small. When the connecting hole is above the opening, the inkjet recording device reduces the tendency of ink to solidify near holes of the needles used to supply ink. When the connecting hole is small, an ink meniscus is formed in the connecting hole, which likewise reduces the tendency of the ink to solidify.

摘要： A liquid discharge head unit is positioned in high precision when mounted on the carriage of a liquid discharge recording apparatus. For the liquid discharge head unit, a side extrusion formed in column, which is rotatively supported in carriage, presses the upper surface of guide ribs formed on both side ends on the upper rear portion. This upper surface is made higher toward the rear side in order to effectuate the substantially horizontal movement of the pressurized position from the front side to the rear side. Then, the liquid discharge head unit is rotated around the side extrusion formed in column so as to be mounted on the carriage smoothly. Lastly, a guide pin, a rear extrusion, and a lower extrusion are allowed to abut against the corresponding portions of the carriage by means of pressure exerted on a receiving rib in order to perform positioning in the front, rear, left, right, up and down directions exactly. Also, by means of pressure exerted on the side face, the side extrusion is allowed to abut against the corresponding portion of the carriage to position the circumference of the guide pin in the rotational direction.

A recess is formed in an indented shape in a portion of the mechanical chassis facing an outer peripheral region of the disc recording surface. An incline is formed in a position close to an opening of the disc tray for mounting the mechanical chassis and opposite the outer peripheral region of the disc recording surface, and slopes gently down to the recess.

The recording apparatus conveys the recording sheets, records on the recording sheets, discharges the recording sheets, and sorts the discharged recording sheets. The recording apparatus includes: a movable carriage that holds a recording head for recording on the recording sheets; and a sorting mechanism that controls positions of the recording sheets so that the discharged recording sheets are sorted, and the sorting mechanism is configured to be operated by the carriage and sort the recording sheets in accordance with a position of the carriage.

摘要： An optical disc apparatus comprises the followings within housing thereof: an optical pickup, which is configured to conduct recording or reproducing of a disc, as an information recording medium; a rotation mechanism of said disc; a transfer mechanism, which is configured to move said optical pickup from an inner periphery of said disc up to an outer periphery thereof; a mechanical chassis, which is configured to mount said optical pickup, said disc rotation mechanism and said transfer mechanism thereon; a disc tray, which is configured to conduct storing and taking out of said disc; and a connector, which is configured to electrically connect between a circuit board for conducting driving control of said rotation mechanism and an external electronic apparatus, wherein a projection portion is provided on a reverse surface of said disc tray, at a portion facing to said connector at a position when said disc tray is stored, to be inserted into a gap between periphery of said connector and said housing, and thereby preventing fluid sounds (or wind sounds) generating due to high-speed rotation of the disc when high-speed recording/reproducing, from leaking into an outside of the apparatus, so as to reduce the noises therefrom.

摘要： To provide a printing apparatus enabling its ink supplying member connected to a liquid jet head unit to be prevented from breaking when removing the liquid jet head unit mounted on a head mounting member. When removing a liquid jet head unit mounted on a head mounting member, the liquid jet head unit held by a head holding mechanism is released after an ink supplying member connected to the liquid jet head unit is separated therefrom by a pipe-installing and removing mechanism. In other words, the ink supplying member is separated from the liquid jet head unit by the pipe-installing and removing mechanism while the liquid jet head unit being held in the head mounting member by the head holding mechanism. This means that the ink supplying member is not separated from the liquid jet head unit in the improper direction and leads to preventing the ink supplying member from breaking when removing the liquid jet head unit.
