    摘要: In an intelligent network system, a service subscriber can remotely execute a procedure, such as a registration or a change of the contents of service, which is performed by an operator in the conventional system, through an external terminal by him or her. The intelligent network system includes a service control point that controls services and provides a database storing data relating to a service subscriber; a service management system, which monitors load on the service control point, stores and manages data relating to the service subscriber; external terminals owned by the service subscriber; and a remote access management system, which is interfaced with the external terminal. The service management system updates and records the data of the updated subscriber's service, which is transmitted through the remote access management system, in the database of the service control point, when the service control point does not over-load.

    摘要: A dynamic traffic control method is disclosed that controls traffic in a radio network system where a radio network controller causes plural radio base stations to change radio outputs. The method comprises a step of measuring a channel utilization rate of each of cells of the radio base stations every predetermined period, a step of predicting whether the rate of a first cell of the cells reaches an implementation level, at which radio output control over the first cell is required, in a next period based on a movement of the rate in the past if the channel utilization rate of the first cell is at a warning level, and a step of reducing the radio output of the first cell and increasing the radio output of a second cell adjacent to the first cell if the rate of the first cell is predicted to reach the implementation level.

    摘要: To provide a technique for managing members easily and flexibly as circumstances demand. Request information for a service is received from a key person terminal. A service list for the requested service is created based on the request information, and member information is created based on the request information, which are then registered. The member information is transmitted to the key person terminal, and the member application information created based on the member information is received from the group member terminal, which is verified against the member information. In the case where the member application information is judged as being authorized, member information on the group member terminal is created and transmitted to the group member terminal. Upon receiving a request for the service and member information from the key person terminal or the group member terminal, the received member information is subjected to verification. In the case where the member information is judged as being authorized as a result of the verification, information on the requested service is distributed to a terminal that has transmitted the member information.
