摘要: A battery charging circuit for effecting efficient charging of a battery by a solar energy source is provided. A voltage detecting circuit is coupled in parallel with a battery for detecting each state of charge of same, the detecting circuit including a constant voltage element. Transistor by-pass circuitry includes first and second current path electrodes connected in parallel with the battery. The transistor by-pass circuitry further includes a third control electrode coupled to the detecting circuit, and in response to the state of charging of the battery detected thereby, respectively effects one of an increase and decrease in the current carried by said current path electrodes.

摘要: An improved display driving circuit for driving an electro-chromic display cell is provided. The electro-chromic display cell is formed of a first conductor adapted to be referenced to a first potential and a second conductor spaced apart from the first conductor and adapted to be referenced to either a second potential or a third potential. An oxidation-reduction sensitive compound is disposed between the first and second spaced apart conductors. The compound is normally at a first level of transparency in response to a first predetermined potential difference between the first potential and the second potential and is altered to a second level of transparency in response to a second predetermined potential difference between the third potential and the first potential. An injection type transistor circuit alternately and successively applies a second potential and third potential to the second conductor to produce a transient characterized by an initial sharp increase and a subsequent slower decrease in current across the first and second conductors the transient being produced by the second predetermined potential difference.

摘要: A electrocardiographic electrode assembly is attached on a spot of the body that is roughly inside an electrocardiowave-appearing region, and an optimum signal discriminating circuit of an electrocardiograph discriminates an electrode that is most suitable for an electrocardiographic measurement out of the plural electrodes of the electrocardiographic electrode assembly. The electrocardiograph receives electric signals (electrocardiowaves) captured by the discriminated electrode, and stores the electric signals in a memory. The electric signals stored in the memory, after a measurement of the electrocardiovaves finishes, is given as an electrocardiographic pattern to a doctor for diagnosis. In this manner, in the electrocardiographic measurement, the electrocardiographic electrode assembly is only needed to be attached on a spot of the body that is roughly inside the electrocardiovave-appearing region. Therefore, even an amateur or nonexpert can easily perform an electrocardiographic measurement.
