    摘要: A scroll fluid machine includes: a casing; a fixed scroll having an end plate, a spiral wrap part provided on the end plate, and a flange provided outside the wrap part and fitted to the casing; and an orbiting scroll having an end plate and a spiral wrap part provided on the end plate with a plurality of compression chambers formed in a space up to the wrap part of the fixed scroll, which is provided to perform an orbiting motion, wherein the flange is provided with a deformation absorbing part which absorbs deformation due to thermal expansion of the end plate. The scroll fluid machine is improved in reliability while the compression efficiency is maintained by preventing the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll from coming into contact with each other without increasing a clearance between the wrap parts of both scrolls.

    摘要: In the scroll-type fluidic machine according to the present invention, a slider is slidably disposed between a casing and a rear surface of a orbiting scroll member, and a sliding movement of the slider relative to the casing and the orbiting scroll member is regulated to two (X-axis and Y-axis) directions by means of X-axis and Y-axis guides. Balls received in through holes of the slider are formed from material harder than that of the slider and are rollingly contacted with a slide surface of a flange portion of the casing and a slide surface of a rear plate of the orbiting scroll member. The through holes are filled with grease. The balls are adapted to roll smoothly, thereby greatly decreasing frictional resistance between surfaces of the slider and the slide surfaces of the casing and the orbiting scroll member.

    摘要: Inner peripheral projections are provided on the inner peripheral surface of a wrap portion of an orbiting scroll member, and outer peripheral projections are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the wrap portion. The inner and outer peripheral projections each have an approximately triangular transverse sectional configuration defined by a narrow top of the projection and a pair of concavely arcuate surfaces extending with a wide overall width so that the projections can prevent stress concentration with the concavely arcuate surfaces to increase the mechanical strength and can be readily machined by using a tool, e.g. an end mill. When contacting the mating wrap portion, the narrow tops of the projections are readily crushed or worn. Therefore, the tops of the projections can become fit to the wrap portion without strongly contacting it many times.

    摘要: A wrap of an orbiting scroll member and a wrap of a fixed scroll member are each provided with a non-rigid surface coating layer having a predetermined thickness. An orbiting radius varying mechanism is provided between a driving shaft and the orbiting scroll member, thereby gradually increasing the orbiting radius of the orbiting scroll member at the initial stage of running, and thus positively allowing the surface coating layers to wear by rubbing against each other. A stopper mechanism is provided between the driving shaft and the orbiting scroll member to regulate the rotation angle of a variable crank relative to the driving shaft to a predetermined rotation angle, thereby preventing the surface coating layers from being excessively worn as the orbiting radius of the orbiting scroll member increases.

The seal member has an oil lip producing action of moving the lubricant toward the orbiting bearing by rotation of the drive shaft. A communication passage is provided in the oil lip for communication between a space between the orbiting bearing and the seal member and a space outside the boss.
