    摘要: A scroll fluid machine is capable of readily providing a back-pressure chamber having an increased pressure-receiving area and yet capable of being reduced in size. A fixed scroll member is secured to a casing. An orbiting scroll member is provided at a position facing the fixed scroll member. A holder is provided at the back of the orbiting scroll member, and a coupling member is provided to face the orbiting scroll member across the holder. The coupling member couples together the orbiting scroll member and a driving shaft and performs an orbiting motion together with the orbiting scroll member. A back-pressure plate is provided at the back of the orbiting scroll member, and a back-pressure chamber is formed between the back-pressure plate and the holder.

    摘要: In a seal system for a scroll type fluid machine, a seal mechanism is provided between a backpressure plate and a holder, so as to surround an orbiting backpressure chamber. The seal member comprises a seal attachment groove, a seal member and a Y-shaped packing. The seal attachment groove is stepped on its outer circumference to define a shallow bottom portion. The seal member includes, on its outer circumference side, a cutout portion matching the shallow bottom portion. The Y-shaped packing is disposed between a deep groove peripheral wall of the seal attachment groove and the cutout portion of the seal member, and a backpressure chamber is defined on a reverse surface side of the seal member. By this arrangement, a slide surface of the seal member can be larger than an effective area of the backpressure side of the seal member. Thereby it is possible to reduce a difference between a load Ff acting on the slide surface and a load Fb acting on the reverse surface.

    摘要: Durability of a seal member is improved by reducing a surface pressure thereon. A seal mechanism 24 is provided between a backpressure plate 16 and a holder 17 so as to surround an orbiting backpressure chamber 18. The seal member 24 comprises a seal attachment groove 25, a seal member 26 and a Y-shaped packing 27. The seal attachment groove 25 is stepped on its outer circumference side to define a shallow bottom portion 25B. The seal member 26 includes, on its outer circumference side, a cutout portion 26D matching the shallow bottom portion 25B. The Y-shaped packing 27 is disposed between a deep groove peripheral wall 25C of the seal attachment groove 25 and the cutout portion 26D of the seal member 26, and a backpressure chamber 28 is defined on a reverse surface 26B side of the seal member 26. By this arrangement, a slide surface 26A of the seal member 26 can be larger than an effective area of the backpressure side of the seal member 26. Thereby it is possible to reduce a difference between a load Ff acting on the slide surface 26A and a load Fb acting on the reverse surface 26B.

    摘要: In the scroll-type fluidic machine according to the present invention, a slider is slidably disposed between a casing and a rear surface of a orbiting scroll member, and a sliding movement of the slider relative to the casing and the orbiting scroll member is regulated to two (X-axis and Y-axis) directions by means of X-axis and Y-axis guides. Balls received in through holes of the slider are formed from material harder than that of the slider and are rollingly contacted with a slide surface of a flange portion of the casing and a slide surface of a rear plate of the orbiting scroll member. The through holes are filled with grease. The balls are adapted to roll smoothly, thereby greatly decreasing frictional resistance between surfaces of the slider and the slide surfaces of the casing and the orbiting scroll member.

An orbiting radius varying mechanism is provided between a driving shaft and the orbiting scroll member, thereby gradually increasing the orbiting radius of the orbiting scroll member at the initial stage of running, and thus positively allowing the surface coating layers to wear by rubbing against each other. A stopper mechanism is provided between the driving shaft and the orbiting scroll member to regulate the rotation angle of a variable crank relative to the driving shaft to a predetermined rotation angle, thereby preventing the surface coating layers from being excessively worn as the orbiting radius of the orbiting scroll member increases.
