摘要： The present invention relates to a method of reading an image, which comprises exposing a color photosensitive material having at least three photosensitive layers containing blue-, green- and red-photosensitive silver halide emulsions, respectively, on a transparent support, processing the exposed color photosensitive material at a processing temperature of 50° C. or more to form a silver image, and substantially reading the silver image.

摘要： A conductive surface 5 of a film 4 is plated with copper by allowing the film 4 to pass through a plating solution 7 in a plating bath 6 while conveying the film in a direction indicated by the arrow. Air knife devices 20A and 20B are disposed between the plating solution 7 and a next cathode roller 1B so as to face a conductive surface 5 of the film 4. The air knife devices 20A and 20B remove liquid and moisture on the conductive surface 5 by jetting heated air to the conductive surface 5 drawn out of the plating solution 7. Accordingly, even when the conductive surface 5 comes in contact with the next cathode roller 1B, developed silver is not dissolved, thereby preventing the silver contamination of the cathode rollers 1B and 1C.

摘要： A device for processing a photosensitive material using processing solution includes, processing chambers for storing processing solution therein, at least one of the processing chambers being lower than another processing chamber, a bypass for placing each processing chamber that is downstream of another processing chamber relative to conveyance direction of the photosensitive material in fluid communication with the another processing chamber to pass the processing solution therethough, and a check valve disposed at each bypass for allowing the processing solution which flows from the processing chamber disposed downstream relative to conveyance direction of the photosensitive material to the another processing chamber, and for preventing the processing solution from flowing from the another processing chamber to the downstream processing chamber. The valve body of the check valve, which has a specific gravity different from a specific gravity of the processing solution, is urged against the valve seat by buoyant force.

摘要： An opening device for a solid material package includes a package supporting unit for fixedly supporting a main body of a solid material package having a pair of pulling flaps, an opening unit formed from grips for gripping the pair of pulling flaps so that a opening angle formed by the pair of pulling flaps is 10° to 180°, a pair of movable pieces for supporting the grips, and pulling units for pulling the pair of movable pieces to open the package, and a moving unit for moving the package supporting unit upward only a distance corresponding to difference between a height of the package in a completely-opened state and that before opening in conjunction with moving of the opening unit, wherein the solid material package is caused to move upward as the movable pieces grip the pulling flaps with the grips and the pulling units pull the movable pieces within the opening angle, whereby a seal section of the solid material package is peeled off and then the solid material is discharged from the package.

摘要： A photosensitive material processing apparatus according to the present invention includes a tank that has a body charged with a solution that processes the photosensitive material, the apparatus comprising a filter for purifying the processing solution, and a conduit for circulating the processing solution from a lower region of the tank body to an upper region of the tank body. Further, a pleated cartridge filter for use in a photosensitive material processing comprises a cylindrical pleated filter body formed by folding a filtering sheet member; and a blocking member, including a hole that communicates between an interior of the filter body and the outside, for blocking at least one end of the filter body, wherein a portion of the blocking member contacting the fitting portion is compressed when the blocking member is fitted to the fitting portion to closely contact the same.
