    摘要: The present invention provides an airflow generator, including a plate, a magnetic brake and a housing. The plate has a pivot point and a swinging end. Two magnetic poles are assembled at predefined locations on the plate nearby the pivot point. The magnetic coil is located opposite to magnetic poles of the plate, then a controller is used to control the magnetization state of the magnetic coil, thus yielding suction and repulsion with magnetic pole and driving the swinging end of the plate. The volume of the generator of the present invention is minimized, but an efficient heat-radiating effect is achieved to resolve the bottleneck of a typical radiator fan, making it applicable to the heat-radiating structure of various small-sized electronic devices.

    摘要: The present invention provides a heat-radiating module with composite phase-change heat-radiating efficiency. The cooling pad of the heat-radiating module is fitted with a heating portion and radiating portion. The first and second chambers are placed at intervals into the cooling pad. The first and second phase-change materials are separately placed in two chambers. The reaction temperatures of two phase-change materials differ from each other. The phase-change material of higher reaction temperature assists in heat-absorbing and preventing overheating. There is a heat peak when the cooling pad reaches the preset high-temperature state. When the temperature of the cooling pad declines below a preset temperature, the phase-change material of lower reaction temperature will release the stored latent heat, enabling the cooling pad to maintain an operating temperature and improve the heat-radiating efficiency in a variety of equipment.

    摘要: The present invention provides a vane structure of an airflow generator. The plate of predefined thickness and width has a locating portion and a swinging end. The swinging end of the vane is wider than the locating portion. There is an oblique section placed between the swinging end and locating portion for linking purposes. A better wind guide effect can be obtained from the expanded swinging end, and the oblique section is employed to reduce inlet stagnation, thus greatly improving the smoothness of air flow and the operating performance of the vane with better applicability.

    摘要: The present invention provides an improved fan frame with a diversion structure. A cooling fan includes a rotor, and fan blades spaced around the rotor at intervals. The fan frame positions the rotor and defines a diversion loop, which corresponds to the air outlet direction when fan blades are turning and has an expanding diversion surface. The fan frame has a diversion surface with diversion ribs spaced at intervals, the placement of the diversion ribs being in a vortex pattern without passing through the hypothetical point of the rotor center. The airflow generated by turning fan blades is guided by the diversion ribs and converted to outlet airflow in axial direction corresponding to the rotor, effectively reducing impact and friction of the gyrate airflow generated by fan blades against the frame diversion surface, lowering the noise level, making air exhaustion smoother, and improving the cooling efficiency of fan.

    摘要: A flat heat pipe with a composite capillary structure has a flat pipe with a flat and enclosed hollow pipe body including a top wall, a bottom wall, two lateral walls and a chamber. The flat pipe has an evaporation section and a condensation section. The elongated mesh grid is located onto either of the top and bottom walls in the chamber. The elongated mesh grid is extended from the evaporation section to the condensation section. The long porous sintered structure is located adjacent at least one lateral wall in the chamber. The long porous sintered structure is extended from the evaporation section to the condensation section. The porous sintered structure and the elongated mesh grid are prefabricated into a composite capillary structure. The flat heat pipe presents excellent diversion effect and stable positioning with its better vapor diversion space and simple manufacturing process.

    摘要: The sealing method and construction of the sealing end for a heat conductor includes a heat conductor for vacuum pumping and sealing placed within an enclosed operating space, wherein an open end is preset for the heat conductor. Next, vacuum pumping is performed for entire enclosed operating space, thereby finishing the vacuum pumping procedure of heat pipe. Then, the open end of heat pipe is welded by fusing within enclosed operating space, wherein the sealing end of heat conductor forms a welded close end. A compression procedure can be neglected, thereby saving more manufacturing cost and offering a higher structural strength for the sealing part.
