Abstract:
There is provided an apparatus for an automatic/semiautomatic door, and more particularly, to an apparatus for an automatic/semiautomatic door to prevent the door from leaving its track during an opening/closing process and to maintain airtightness between the inside and the outside when closed. In the apparatus for the automatic/semiautomatic door, airtight frames are separably assembled at the top, bottom and both sides of the automatic/semiautomatic door and wherein an airtight structure is buried in a floor surface coming in contact with the bottom of an opening/closing door of the automatic/semiautomatic door, so that the airtight frame is air-tightly and slidably inserted into the airtight structure. Therefore, any gap between the inside and outside is blocked to improve airtightness by preventing drafts, noise, etc. and the opening/closing door is prevented from shaking or leaving its track.
Abstract:
A prefabricated structure for a composite window apparatus using different frame materials. The sides of the corners of adjacent first window frames and adjacent first sash frame which made of synthetic resin are punched, the punched parts of the first window frames, the punched parts of the first sash frames and the parts of the angle pieces are bent inwardly. When the punched parts of the angle piece are bent into the corner piece, the window frame compression flanges of the first window frames are pressurized by the angle piece and the corner piece, and the sash frame compression flanges of the first sash frames are pressurized by the angle piece and the corner piece, so that the corners of the first window frames and the corners the first sash frames are connected to respective angle pieces and corner pieces.
Abstract:
There is provided a prefabricated window/door structure with interconnecting 45 degree joints where a horizontal bar has its both ends cut at an angle of 45 degrees and includes: a first connection space formed in the direction of the length of the horizontal bar so that the inner space of the horizontal bar is open to the outside, and a screw fastening part with a screw fastening groove protruding in the first connection space; a vertical bar has its both ends cut at an angle of 45 degrees to form a joint of 45 degrees when each of the ends of the vertical bar faces each of the ends of the horizontal bar and includes: a second connection space formed in the direction of the length of the vertical bar so that the inner space of the vertical bar is open to the outside, and a screw hole formed on a side wall in the second connection space, to be aligned with the screw fastening groove; and a support block includes: a first support part to be inserted into the first connection space of the horizontal bar and a second support part to be inserted into the second connection space of the vertical bar. The first support part includes a fastening part receiving channel formed to receive the screw fastening part when the first support part is inserted into the first connection space.Accordingly, since the horizontal bar and the vertical bar are simply attached to and/or detached from each other, it is easy to install and repair the window/door. Further, since the thickness of the horizontal bar and the vertical bar is able to be minimized, the window/door is light in weight. In addition, the joint of the horizontal bar and the vertical bar is more strongly reinforced by the reinforcing piece(s).
Abstract:
Disclosed is an easy-to-construct window apparatus including to assure easy construction and superior drainage ability. The window apparatus includes a window frame fixing unit including a bottom plate, vertical plates formed at lateral ends of the bottom plate and a rack plate formed at each vertical plate, a window frame support unit including a seat plate on the rack plate, a support plate configured to be supported on the bottom plate, fastening pieces protruding from the seat plate, and a holding groove formed in each fastening piece, a rail unit including a horizontal plate provided with a rail and a coupling piece, and a holding ridge formed at the coupling piece so as to be coupled with the holding groove, a window drive unit including a press-fit structure to be press-fitted into a window, and water discharge holes perforated in the aforementioned units.
Abstract:
There is provided a window/door system with a flat track having “”-shaped roller supports to provide a nice appearance and to improve air tightness and water tightness by reducing the number of grooves exposed on a window/door frame when a window/door is opened, by using the roller supports in a cross sectional shape of “” which is open at one side.
Abstract:
There is provided a window/door system having an easily changeable structure characterized in that: a striker holder connected to a striker to be laid in an installation space on a side jamb of a window/door frame, a finishing cap connected to the striker holder, to support the striker in the striker holder, the striker and the striker holder are laid in the installation space between frame rails, not to protrude into a passage space of the window/door frame. Therefore, since the striker does not protrude into the passage space of the window/door frame, the nice appearance of the window/door system is maintained. Also, when a user passes the passage space of the door frame, since the striker does not contact any part of the user, any accident is prevented. Further, since the fixed window/door is changed to the slidable window/door or the slidable window/door is changed to the fixed window/door by the very simple work of substituting only the rail cover for the stationary cover or the stationary cover for the rail cover in the window/door frame, the structural change is very easy.

Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a sliding window assembly having a security pane unit. The sliding window assembly includes a casing, a first security pane part, and a second security pane part. The casing has two or more rails and is open at a front thereof to an outside. The first security pane part has lattice strips, and slide grooves are formed on upper and lower portions of the first security pane part such that the first security pane part slides along an outer rail of the casing. The second security pane part has lattice strips, and is mounted to the same rail as the first security pane part at a central position of the casing in such a way as to be rotated via a rotary member. The secondary security pane part rotates about the rotary member to overlap the first security pane part and thus move leftwards and rightwards.

Abstract:
There is provided a window/door system having a hidden rail structure wherein a rail structure is detachably installed at a substructure, the substructure installed where a window/door is to be installed, thereby making it very easy to replace and to maintain/repair the rail. In addition, the rail is hidden so as not to be visible to the outside when a window/door is opened/closed.That is, the present invention is to provide a window/door system having a hidden rail structure, wherein the rail structure is detachably installed at a substructure positioned where a window/door frame is to be installed, thereby making it very easy to replace and to maintain/repair the rail. Since the window/door system having a hidden rail structure according to the present invention also hides the rail so as not to be visible to the outside when a window/door is opened/closed by a sliding motion and the top of the hidden rail structure is processed so as to be flat, it not only provides a neat appearance but also makes it easy to clean. Furthermore, it has a new structure of improving air tightness against any draft and/or noise by a multileveled shielding structure.
