摘要: An inkjet printer head and fabricating method thereof are disclosed. An inkjet printer head, which includes: a lower board, in which a nozzle part and a restrictor are formed; an upper board attached to an upper portion of the lower board, in which an ink chamber and an ink inlet are formed; and a piezoelectric element joined to a membrane of the upper board, where the membrane is formed by the portions remaining after portions of the upper board are removed to form the ink chamber, is formed by attaching two boards by an attachment method that does not use a separate adhesion material, such as anodic bonding, for a simple and easy attachment, and for a strong head structure in which there are no chemical or physical reactions that may occur in adhesion layers.

摘要: A method of manufacturing an inkjet head includes: forming an inlet and a pressure chamber in an upper substrate, the inlet penetrating the upper substrate and providing a passage for an inflow of ink, and the pressure chamber formed as a recess in one side of the upper substrate; forming a manifold and an ink channel in a middle substrate, the manifold configured to be connected with the inlet, and the ink channel penetrating the middle substrate and configured to be connected with the pressure chamber; forming a straight portion and a nozzle in a plate substrate, the straight portion configured to be connected with the ink channel, and the nozzle connected with the straight portion; forming a hydrophobic layer on one side of the plate substrate, the hydrophobic layer having a window formed therein, and the window opening the nozzle by a circumference greater than a circumference of an end of the nozzle; and stacking in order and attaching the upper substrate, the middle substrate, and the plate substrate.

This method can be utilized to simplify the manufacturing process and prevent crosstalk between pressure chambers, thereby providing a higher printing quality.

摘要: An ink-jet head is disclosed. The ink-jet head may include: a chamber containing an ink; a reservoir connected with the chamber to supply the ink to the chamber; a restrictor connected with the chamber and the reservoir to control a flow of the ink; a nozzle connected with the chamber to jet the ink, and located at a position corresponding to where a pressure supplied to the chamber is the maximum; and an actuator supplying a pressure to the chamber such that the ink is jetted. The ink-jet may be operated with a lower driving voltage, and the ink may be jetted in a more stable manner.

摘要: An ink-jet head and a method of manufacturing the ink-jet head are disclosed. The ink-jet head may include: an upper substrate, formed by processing a chamber in a silicon substrate; a middle substrate, bonded to the upper substrate and formed by processing an ink channel, which connects with the chamber, in a glass substrate; and a lower substrate, bonded to the middle substrate and formed by processing a nozzle, which connects with the ink channel, in a silicon substrate. With certain embodiments of the invention, a high level of precision may be obtained for the structures formed in the upper substrate and the lower substrate, and the middle substrate may be manufactured in low cost. Also, the substrates may be bonded together in a facilitated manner, so that production yield may be increased.

摘要: A method of forming a circuit pattern is disclosed. The method of forming a circuit pattern may include providing a substrate that has a porous layer formed on one side, ejecting a thermosetting metal ink using an inkjet head into the porous layer in correspondence to a circuit pattern, and applying heat to the ink and the porous layer to cure the ink and remove the porous layer. With this method, a fine-line circuit pattern can be implemented, and a desired thickness of the circuit pattern can be obtained, by using a porous layer in printing and by applying heat to cure the ink and remove the coating layer.

摘要: A nozzle plate, inkjet head a manufacturing method of the same are disclosed. By using a method of manufacturing a nozzle plate which includes: forming a nozzle by selectively etching one side of a plate substrate, forming a straight portion connecting with the nozzle by selectively etching the other side of the plate substrate, and forming a hydrophobic layer on the one side of the plate substrate, where a window is formed in the hydrophobic layer that opens the nozzle by a circumference greater than a circumference of an end of the nozzle, the meniscus of ink can be formed to a greater size around the nozzle exit, thereby preventing degradations in ink ejection performance due to the vaporization of the solvent, and preventing blockage in the nozzles due to the clogging of particles.
