摘要： Peptides have been identified that bind with high affinity to hair, skin, and nails. The peptide-based conditioners consist of a body surface-binding peptide coupled to a conditioning peptide. Conditioning peptides are typically derived from proteins and peptide having repeating amino acid sequences. Personal care compositions containing these peptide-based conditioners are also described.
