Abstract:
Described is a plastic aerosol device having a vapor tap valve orifice and an aqueous product composition containing a non-flammable hydrofluorocarbon propellant and a flammable alcohol solvent. The composition can additionally contain a alcohol co-solvent such as triethylene glycol and a quaternary antibacterial agent.
Abstract:
Described is a shrink sleeve label for a fluid dispensing container having a bottle and fluid withdrawing assembly for liquids, such as liquid cleaners and the like. The bottle has an external integral dip tube formed at the bottle front surface and separated from the bottle by a partition. The integral dip tube fluidly connects to the bottle interior at a landing below the top of the bottle neck. A fluid dispensing mechanism, such as a pump or trigger-sprayer, is attached to the top of the bottle to take fluid up through the integral dip tube and dispense the fluid accordingly. The shrink sleeve label covers the bottle, the integral dip tube and the partition.
Abstract:
Described is a kit for clearing drain pipes. The kit may include a bottle having a reservoir containing drain-clearing composition and a neck extending from the reservoir. The neck may have a first engagement member. The kit also may include a drain-clearing tool formed of plastic and having a handle at one end, a flexible shaft extending from the handle for placement into a drain pipe, a ribbed surface extending along a length of the shaft for scouring a surface, and a plurality of longitudinally-spaced barbs covering a substantial portion of the length of the shaft. The bottle and drain-clearing tool may be assembled together, using a package, into a kit. The package may define an interior space to house the drain-clearing tool and/or a neck-receiving portion having a second engagement member that may complement the first engagement member of the neck of the bottle. Methods of using such kits are also disclosed.
Abstract:
Described are multi-chamber trigger sprayers and fluid dispensing apparatuses, including a sprayer housing including a pump piston and at least two pump chambers, a closure attachment configured to couple the trigger sprayer to an opening of a container, at least two fluid discharge passageways, each passageway in fluid communication with one of the pump chambers, and at least two priming valves, each configured to prevent backflow of fluid into one of the at least two fluid discharge pathways, and a biasing element configured to bias the pump piston. In some embodiments, the biasing element may be disposed outside of the closure attachment and adjacent to a pivot point of the trigger. Some embodiments of the multi-chamber trigger sprayer may be formed entirely from plastic. Other embodiments may also be disclosed and claimed.

Described is a bottle and fluid withdrawing assembly for liquids, such as liquid cleaners and the like. The bottle has an integral supply tube formed therein, fluidly connecting the inside of the bottle with the top opening of the bottle. A fluid dispensing mechanism, such as a pump or trigger-sprayers is attached to the top of the bottle to take fluid up through the integral supply tube and dispense the fluid accordingly. The fluid dispensing mechanism may be aligned to allow a direct connection between integral supply tube and the fluid dispensing mechanism. The fluid dispensing mechanism may be attached to the bottle with a snap-fit connection.
Abstract:
Described is a multi-stage opening and dispensing closure including a base portion configured to couple the closure to a container and including a first opening having a first diameter, an intermediate portion hingedly coupled to the base portion and including a second opening having a second diameter, and a cap portion configured to couple to the intermediate portion. Also described is a container including a body having at least one wall defining an internal cavity, a neck coupled to the body and defining an opening for access to the internal cavity, and a v-shaped seal coupled to a rim of the neck. Other embodiments may also be disclosed and claimed.
