    摘要： A switched reluctance drive, operating either as a motor or a generator, is controlled in a stable manner in the continuous current mode in the presence of supply voltage or electrical load variation. The use of a current control parameter Ix in addition to the conventional on- and off-angles θon, θoff gives the ability to operate smoothly in the continuous current mode and to transition smoothly between operating modes. Once the phase current reaches a pre-determined level Ix, the phase winding may be placed in a freewheel state, thereby controlling the standing current in the phase winding and/or the output voltage.

    摘要： A digital phase detector that conducts pump up and pump down control signals to a charge pump, wherein each of the control signals has pulses that have a substantially 50/50 duty cycle characteristic when the two input signals, i.e., the input data signal and the feedback clock signal, are substantially in phase. This substantially 50/50 duty cycle output reduces, if not eliminates, inherent problems related to the turn-on delays of the charge pump while maintaining a locked condition. The phase detector may further include an intelligence to detect and handle other situations, such as missing data pulses.

The primary time release being one of the polymer compositions; each time release extending occurring between 0 days and 19 days, both not being at 0 days. In a preferred composition, the scaffold has an organic material for inhibiting osteoclast selected from a group consisting of one or more of Galardin, Decorin, Actinonin, Marimastat, Batimastat, and phosphodiesterase type 4 or any combination of osteoclast inhibitors.
