摘要: A vibration damping device including a vibration-damping device main unit attached to a bracket from a lateral side by a second attachment member being fitted to opposed walls provided on widthwise opposite sides of the bracket. The bracket includes flexible latches extending from the respective opposed walls forward in a direction of attachment. The second attachment member includes outer recesses respectively opening onto surfaces overlapped with the respective opposed walls. Each latch has a slope portion sloping inward in a width direction of the bracket such that a distal end face of the latch is inserted in the corresponding outer recess. The distal end face of the latch is latched by a forward wall inner face of the outer recess, and displacement of the second attachment member relative to the bracket in a direction of dislodgment opposite to the direction of attachment is limited.

摘要: A fluid-filled vibration damping device including a partition having a housing area, and a movable film housed in the housing area while including a central retainer held by the partition and spoke-shaped retainers extending radially outward from the central retainer. A first surface of the movable film is overlapped on a wall inner surface of the housing area. An elastic deformation zone provided circumferentially between the spoke-shaped retainers is allowed to deform in a direction away from the wall inner surface, and includes a cushion ridge projecting from a second surface of the movable film while extending radially outward from the central retainer. A height of the cushion ridge is varied in a direction of extension such that a timing of contact with an opposing wall inner surface in the housing area varies depending on an amount of deformation of the elastic deformation zone.

摘要: A vibration damping device including a vibration-damping device main unit inserted into a mounting space of a bracket from a lateral side and securely supported by the bracket. The bracket includes engaging pieces on respective opposed inside faces of the mounting space, and engaging action of the engaging pieces with respect to respective detent engaging faces formed on a fixture member of the vibration-damping device main unit prevents the vibration-damping device main unit from becoming dislodged from the mounting space of the bracket. Opposed walls of the mounting space are each penetrated by an aperture window, and inspection flat surfaces are separately provided to an outside surface of each engaging piece visible from an outside through the aperture window and a corresponding external side surface of the bracket that is off the aperture window. The inspection flat surfaces are parallel to each other.

摘要: A bracket-equipped vibration-damping device including: a vibration-damping device main unit including first and second mounting members disposed separately from each other vertically and connected by a main rubber elastic body mutually and elastically; and a bracket mounted to the device main unit in a state that the bracket is fixed to the second mounting member inserted into the bracket laterally. A guide part of the second mounting member is inserted into a guide groove of the bracket extending in an insertion direction to be positioned vertically. The bracket includes a compression wall surface superposed to at least one of upper and lower end surfaces of the device main unit. A groove width inner surface of the guide groove opposite vertically to the compression wall surface is tilted to the compression wall surface so that the surfaces approach each other vertically toward the insertion direction.

摘要: A vibration isolation device with bracket includes a first attachment member and a second attachment member coupled by a main body rubber elastomer. The second attachment member has a frame shape with a through hole. The main body rubber elastomer is fastened to an upper surface side of the second attachment member. The main body rubber elastomer penetrates to a lower surface side of the second attachment member through the through hole. A holding rubber is formed integrally with the main body rubber elastomer on a lower surface of fitting portions of the second attachment member. A fixed surface is arranged on an upper surface of the fitting portions. The fixed surface is exposed by the main body rubber elastomer, directly superimposed on an inner surface of the fitting grooves, and pressed and fixed by static friction to the inner surface of the fitting grooves by the holding rubber.
