Abstract:
An ultrasonic spray apparatus is configured to minimize contact between bubbles, which are generated due to ultrasonic excitation, and ionized water when the bubbles are discharged. The ultrasonic spray apparatus is configured so that a discharge pipe is installed to start from a bottom or a side surface of an accommodation space storing ionized water and protrude above the ionized water filled in the accommodation space. The bubbles are able to be discharged into the accommodation space through the discharge pipe. Changes in properties of the ionized water may be prevented. The properties of the ionized water may be utilized as they are. The discharge of the bubbles is possible even when anyone of the branched portions is blocked, and interference with a flow of the bubbles is prevented in advance even when water drops or the like generated inside the accommodation space block any one of the branched portions.
Abstract:
The present invention involves replicating the existing state in a system to store in memory for detecting variations due to added factors. Based on the stored values in the memory, changes in the system are detected. A certain electronic circuit is used to extract these replicated values, and the values output from the electronic circuit are fed back. The adjusted input variables are then extracted and stored in memory.

The present invention reconfigures the Capacitor Detect Area (CDA) constituting two columns to reduce the number of CDAs constituting one column and increase the number of CDAs constituting the other so that object separation operation is possible in the column in which the number of CDAs is increased.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a capacitive type touch detection means and a detection method using a new scheme, which detects a touch signal using a difference between voltage magnitudes detected by a touch detector according to whether a touch is generated, when an alternating voltage is applied to a line equivalent capacitor formed between a sensing pad which is detecting a touch signal and a non-sensing pad adjacent to the sensing pad. The touch detection means includes: a sensing pad configured to generate the touch capacitance Ct between a sensing pad and the touch input means; an alternating voltage configured to be applied to a line equivalent capacitor Ceq formed between the sensing pad and a non-sensing pad adjacent to the sensing pad; and a touch detector connected to the sensing pad to detect a difference in voltage generated according to whether the touch is generated by the touch input means.
Abstract:
Provided is a touch detecting device that detects occurrence of a level shift phenomenon of a voltage variation to thus acquire a touch signal, when a touch capacitance due to a touch input is added to a common electrode capacitance formed between a common electrode and a sensor pattern. Accordingly, the touch signal may be stably obtained in spite of external noise, and an influence due to a parasitic capacitance may be minimized.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a multi-layered thermoelectric device and a method of manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing a multi-layered thermoelectric device includes the steps of: forming a P-type semiconductor and an N-type semiconductor in a sheet type by mixing thermoelectric semiconductor materials at a preset component ratio; cutting the sheets according to a preset specification of the thermoelectric device; stacking sheets which are made by mixing the thermoelectric semiconductor materials at a preset component ratio and are cut into the same size for each of them; and forming a final thermoelectric device by compressing the stacked sheets. By using the method, scattering phenomenon due to a short wavelength of phonon occurs at a boundary of each layer, which results in active scattering of phonon. Therefore, it is possible to expect an effect of improving a thermoelectric figure of merit of a thermoelectric device.
Abstract:
There is provided a thermoelectric (TE) element. The TE element includes a plurality of pn junctions each formed by bonding an n-type TE semiconductor and a p-type TE semiconductor with a metallic layer interposed therebetween, and a first electrode and a second electrode electrically connected to the n-type TE semiconductor and the p-type TE semiconductor, respectively. The plurality of pn junctions are laminated with insulating layers interposed therebetween, and are connected electrically in parallel to each other. Even in the case that a section of components does not operate electrically, the operation of the entire element is not adversely affected, thereby improving stability of the TE element.

The present invention involves driving multiple capacitors, including a shielding capacitance (Cin_sd), to minimize voltage fluctuations detected on the CDA signal line 200, thereby enhancing the resolution of the ADC. The additional capacitance (Cobj) generated between the CDA 100 and the object 20 due to the appearance of the object 20 is detected in the form of voltage. By analyzing with an ADC of improved resolution, it is possible to detect the presence of the object 20 more reliably.

Abstract:
The present invention applies a reset voltage to the center point prior to the progression of an event to ensure uniformity of the charge amount at the center point. It is possible to observe changes in the environment by supplying charge to the center point and detecting changes in the amount of charge. By varying the magnitude of the reset voltage for each object being measured, the observation range of the observation device is narrowed, thereby enhancing the observation resolution.
