A user equipment detects a failed CC in which a failure occurs among a plurality of CCs and determines whether to declare a radio link failure based on the failed CC. If it is not the radio link failure, the user equipment reports information on the failed CC to a base station.

A user equipment starts a time alignment timer which is used to control how long the user equipment is considered uplink time aligned and receives an expiry request message from a base station while the time alignment timer is running. Upon receiving the expiry request, the user equipment expires the time alignment timer and releasing uplink resources.

摘要： Provided is a method for performing random access of a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method receives information about at least one first sub-frame from a base station, selects at least one second sub-frame from at least one first sub-frame, and transmits a random access preamble in a randomly selected sub-frame from at least one second sub-frame if the terminal is a specific type. If the terminal is not a specific type, the random access preamble is transmitted from the randomly selected sub-frame from at least one first sub-frame.

摘要： The present invention provides an apparatus and method of reporting logged measurements in a wireless communication system. User equipment receives an MDT (Minimization of Drive Tests) configuration from a base station, and logs a measurement on the basis of the MDT configuration in order to collect logged measurements. The user equipment determines whether the logged measurement needs to be reported. If it is determined that the logged measurement needs to be reported, the user equipment transmits to the base station a report indicator indicating the need for reporting of the logged measurement.
