    摘要： A method of discarding logged measurements in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected mode receives a Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) configuration from a base station and starts a validity timer upon receiving the MDT configuration. The user equipment in an RRC idle mode logs measurements based on the MDT configuration to collect logged measurements while the validity timer is running. When the validity timer is expired, the user equipment discards the MDT configuration and starts a conservation timer. When the conservation timer is expired, the logged measurements are discarded.

    摘要： A method of performing a random access in a mobile communication system and an apparatus for the same are disclosed. The method of performing a random access includes transmitting a random access preamble to a network node and receiving a random access response from the network node, wherein the random access response is received through a first subframe if the random access preamble is a dedicated preamble, and the random access response is received through a second subframe which is different from the first subframe if the random access preamble is a non-dedicated preamble.

    摘要： A method and apparatus of transmitting a scheduling request to request uplink resources are provided. A user equipment receives a scheduling request (SR) configuration and a transmission indicator from a first serving cell. The transmission indicator enables the simultaneous transmission of the SR and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The user equipment transmits a SR on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in a subframe to the first serving cell and transmits uplink data on the PUSCH in the subframe to a second serving cell.

    摘要： A method and apparatus of performing a handover from a macro cell to a closed subscriber group (CSG) cell in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment transmits to a macro cell proxy information which indicates at least one frequency for at least one member CSG cell and receives from the macro cell a handover command which commands a handover from the macro cell to a target CSG cell. The user equipment performs the handover from the macro cell to the target CSG cell and checks whether additional proxy information indicating an additional frequency for at least one additional member CSG cell during the handover is found. The user equipment transmits to the target CSG cell the additional proxy information after completing the handover.
