摘要: A granule producing apparatus comprises: a container; an exhaust means provided to the top of the container; a space in the upper interior of the container for separating solid material from gases; a space for a fluid bed in the lower interior of the container; a porous floor immediately below the fluid bed space for defining the lower limit of the fluid bed; an air chamber beneath the porous floor for supplying air streams to form the fluid bed; a means for supplying jet stream of air, provided below the fluid bed air stream supply chamber; a plurality of parallelly arranged funnels, said each funnel consisting of an inverse truncated cone and a cylindrical pipe connected to the lower end of the cone, said upwardly enlarged cone opens into the interior of the container with its upper end merging with the porous floor, said each cylindrical pipe having its lower end connected to the jet stream supply means; a means disposed within the upper portion of the cylindrical pipe of each funnel for spraying liquid under pressure into the jet air stream so that the sprayed liquid adheres to the granules and solidifies as it dries; a means fitted to the side wall of the container for supplying granules into the fluid bed space; and a means fitted to the side wall of the container for discharging the granules treated out of the fluid bed space.

摘要: In a granulator of the jet layer type, all the liquid jetting openings are located in a passage for a gas jetted from the gas jetting opening and each liquid jetting opening is located at a position higher than the gas jetting opening by a vertical distance smaller than the inner diameter of the gas jetting opening. The granulator may have an additional device such as an excess size-having particle-collecting means, a five particle treating means, a rectifying pipe member, a fuffer member and a hindrance and breakage member.

摘要: Optimum conditions, employed in an etching process of an aluminum foil for use in an electrolytic capacitor, are selected and combined together for realizing an extension of the effective surface area of the foil. This extension also gives an enlargement of the electrostatic capacitance of the foil electrode as well as an enhancement of the mechanical strength of the foil itself, the latter had been considered to be hardly compatible with the former.

摘要: A wiring board according to the present invention includes a mounting region in which memories having different storage capacities can be mounted. The mounting region has: first wires for, when a first memory is mounted, making it possible to access all the addresses of the first memory; and second wires for, when a second memory having a storage capacity different from that of the first memory, making it possible to access to all the addresses of the second memory. For this reason, before an electronic device on which the wiring board is mounted is shipped, a memory mounted in the mounting region can be selected depending on the demand of a user.

摘要: A method for electrolytically etching an aluminium foil for use as an electrode of an aluminium electrolytic capacitor is described. In the method, an aluminium foil is electrolytically etched an on the surfaces thereof in a 3 to 25% hydrochloric acid solution containing aluminium chloride by application of an AC current. The AC current has a waveform, each cycle of which consists of positive and negative half cycles and an OFF time interval between the respective half cycles at which the AC current becomes zero whereby the size of pits formed by the etching is suitably controlled.
