摘要: The composite elastic yarn may be made from a wide, stretchable textile fabric or stretchable knitted fabric. A composite elastic yarn is obtained by drawing an elastic yarn 11 at a first draft rate to prepare a precursor composite elastic yarn with an inelastic yarn 31 and further drawing the precursor composite elastic yarn at a second draft rate of a value smaller than that of the first draft rate to make a composite with the removable inelastic yarn 31; and stretchable textile fabric and stretchable knitted fabric fabricated using this composite elastic yarn.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a low density rubber foamed body is provided which comprises the steps of forming a sheet from a mixture of 100 parts by weight of natural rubber or a synthetic rubber, 10 to 80 parts by weight of a foaming agent, and 0.5 to 15% by weight of a crosslinking agent; enclosing said sheet within a mold and heating said mold under pressure from the exterior to thereby foam said sheet; forcibly cooling said mold; and releasing a foamed body from said mold. When 10 to 60 parts by weight of a thermoplastic synthetic resin are further added to the mixture, a rubber foamed body of still lower density and lower shrinking property is obtained.

摘要: A process for regenerating a resin, comprises the steps of dissolving a waste resin in an organic solvent to provide a resin solution, mixing the resin solution with a liquid of normal temperature, the liquid being immiscible with the solvent, scarcely dissolving the resin, and having a specific gravity smaller than that of the solvent and larger than that of the resin, thereby separating the resin from a mixture of the resin solution and the liquid, and recovering the resin. The liquid may have a temperature higher than the boiling point of the solvent. In this case, the solvent evaporation takes place together with the resin separation. The evaporated solvent is cooled later for recovery of the solvent.
