摘要: The invention provides a system for evaluating food flavors based on a gas, including a multi-gas sensing module and an odor information processing module. The sensing module includes a colorimetric gas sensing chip for reacting with odor molecules emitted by the food to be evaluated to form a coloring reaction, and the sensing module generates a color image respectively corresponding to coloring reaction according to the coloring reaction. The processing module is communicatively connected with the sensing module and includes an image acquisition unit for converting the color image into an odor information, a database unit including a plurality of identification information, and an arithmetic unit perform a calculation to form a result for evaluating the food flavors based on the plurality of identification information and the color image. The user can judge the actual condition of foods according to the result for evaluating the food flavors.

摘要: The invention provides a system for managing food information based on an odor, which comprises a gas sensing module, a processing module, a blockchain module and a display module. The gas sensing module includes a colorimetric gas sensing chip reacting with odor molecules emitted by the food to form a coloring reaction and present a color image corresponding to the food. The processing module includes a conversion unit for converting the color image into identification information corresponding to the food. The blockchain module includes a plurality of nodes, and the plurality of nodes store identification information corresponding to the food. The display module includes an identification label corresponding to the identification information. Therefore, when the invention is applied to the blockchain technology, it can remove the doubt that the data on the chain can be falsified before the data is uploaded.

摘要: The present invention provides a chemical sensor comprising a substrate, a first colorimetric sensor array exposed and arranged in a first accommodating space of the substrate and a second colorimetric sensor array arranged in a second accommodating space of the substrate. The second accommodating space is covered with an isolating layer to isolates liquid molecules but allows gas molecules to pass through. The first colorimetric sensor array changes from a first initial color to a first indicating color according to a volatile part and a non-volatile part of an analyte, and the second colorimetric sensor array changes from a second initial color to a second indicating color according to the volatile part of the analyte, so that information of the volatile part and the non-volatile part of the analyte can be obtained simultaneously.

摘要: A system and a method for managing and trading fresh foods according to a flavor thereof, comprising a plurality of fresh foods, an image capturing module, a processing module and a classification module. The fresh food is attached with a product label including a code and a colorimetric transducer array that comprises at least one sensing material for sensing the fresh food. The sensing material undergoes a chemical reaction with at least one metabolic molecule of the fresh food to change the sensing material from an initial color to an indication color. The image capturing module captures an image comprising an appearance of the fresh food, the code and the indication color. The processing module provides a real-time information according to a comparison result between the image and a database. The classification module receives the real-time information and classifies the fresh food according to the real-time information.

摘要: The present invention provides a product label with a colorimetric sensor array and a code, and the system and the method of the present invention are mainly that the product label is attached to a fresh food, so that at least one sensing material of the colorimetric sensor array undergoes a chemical reaction with at least one metabolic molecule of the fresh food to change from an initial color to an indicating color. The present invention, by obtaining an image comprising an appearance, the code and the indicating color of the fresh food through an image acquisition device, also provides an instant information associated with the fresh food by a processing device according to a comparison result of the image and a database.
