Abstract: A method and device for preventing impact vibration of a lift system include: acquiring a load weight in a lift container; obtaining preset basic parameters of a lift system; according to the load weight in the lift container and the basic parameters of the lift system, determining a fundamental wave vibration period of a lifting rope when the lift system starts; according to the fundamental wave vibration period and preset calculation parameters of the lift system, determining time-varying simulation parameters of an acceleration of the lift system during a lifting process; according to determined time-varying simulation parameters of the acceleration, lifting the lift container.

Abstract: This invention discloses a hoisting sheave shaft, a hoisting sheave and a lubricating device thereof, where the hoisting sheave shaft is provided with a first oil injection channel extending axially; an oil inlet of the first oil injection channel is arranged on an end surface of the hoisting sheave shaft; the hoisting sheave shaft is also radially provided with at least one second oil injection channel; the second oil injection channel intersects with the first oil injection channel; and an oil outlet of the second oil injection channel is arranged on an outer circular surface of the hoisting sheave shaft.

Abstract: An overwinding buffer device and method are employed for a vertical hoisting system including a derrick and a hoisting container. A hydraulic buffer device is disposed on the derrick, the hydraulic buffer device including at least one buffering hydraulic cylinder and buffering pressure rollers disposed corresponding to the buffering hydraulic cylinders; the buffering hydraulic cylinders are disposed on the derrick; piston rods of the buffering hydraulic cylinders are disposed horizontally and outer ends of the piston rods face towards the hoisting container; the buffering pressure rollers are horizontally fixed on an outer side wall of the hoisting container and arced surfaces of the buffering pressure rollers face towards the piston rods of the buffering hydraulic cylinders.
