    Abstract: Provided are a suspension device of a monorail crane and a monorail crane. The suspension device includes a suspension box and at least one set of suspension wheels; the suspension box is provided with a receiving groove for receiving at least one set of the suspension wheels; the receiving groove is provided with a first suspension wheel and a second suspension wheel; a first gap is formed the first suspension wheel and the second suspension wheel; the monorail includes at least a first track on which the first suspension wheel is placed and a second track on which the second suspension wheel is placed; a spacer is provided between the first track and the second track; the first gap can accommodate at least the spacer; the suspension devices each further includes a braking mechanism fixed to the suspension box.

    Abstract: A vertical lifting device and method are provided. The vertical lifting device includes a fixed frame fixed to a foundation. A first cavity allowing passage of a lifting rope is provided in the middle of the fixed frame. A sliding frame moving horizontally on the fixed frame is arranged above the fixed frame. A second cavity allowing passage of the lifting rope is provided in the middle of the sliding frame. At least two stepping vehicles alternately lowering or lifting weights are arranged on the sliding frame and move on the sliding frame. The stepping vehicles are spaced in preset distances. The lifting rope penetrates through the stepping vehicles in sequence. Each stepping vehicle is provided with a clamping part clamping the lifting rope and a driving mechanism driving the stepping vehicle to move on the sliding frame.

    Abstract: A method and device for preventing impact vibration of a lift system include: acquiring a load weight in a lift container; obtaining preset basic parameters of a lift system; according to the load weight in the lift container and the basic parameters of the lift system, determining a fundamental wave vibration period of a lifting rope when the lift system starts; according to the fundamental wave vibration period and preset calculation parameters of the lift system, determining time-varying simulation parameters of an acceleration of the lift system during a lifting process; according to determined time-varying simulation parameters of the acceleration, lifting the lift container.

    Abstract: A turnout apparatus for an overhead monorail includes a frame, an input fixed rail docking an input rail, output fixed rails each docking an output rail, and movable rails disposed between the input fixed rail and the output fixed rails. The input fixed rail is disposed at one end of the frame. The output fixed rails include a first output fixed rail and a second output fixed rail disposed at the other end of the frame. The movable rails include a first movable rail docking the input fixed rail and the first output fixed rail, and a second movable rail docking the input fixed rail and the second output fixed rail. The first and second movable rails are fixed and rotatable about a horizontal line as an axis. Directions toward which upper rail surfaces of the first movable rail and the second movable rail face differ by 180 degrees.
