Abstract: A magnetic film includes a ferromagnetic layer. The ferromagnetic layer has a thickness or a width in a first direction which is longer than a thickness or a width in another direction, a crystalline structure is a tetragonal structure, and a main vector direction of a c axis of the tetragonal structure is the first direction.
