摘要： A cooling system for a power connector of a charging inlet assembly includes a cooling adapter coupled to a housing of the charging inlet assembly including an adapter body forming a cavity. The cooling adapter includes supply and return ports adjacent a cable exit. The cooling system includes a heat exchanger positioned in the cavity of the cooling adapter including a heat exchanger body configured to receive the power cable and/or the terminal. The heat exchanger body is thermally coupled to the power cable or the terminal to dissipate heat therefrom.

A pad extends from the base configured to be coupled to a power cable. The receptacle connector includes a secondary lock assembly having a locking wall engaging and blocking rearward movement of the rear flange of the pin in a locked position. The locking wall is disengaged from the rear flange of the pin in an unlocked position.

摘要： A power connector includes a housing having a terminal channel holding a terminal. The terminal includes a mating pin at a front of the terminal and a cable connector at a rear of the terminal. The mating pin is positioned in the terminal channel for mating with a charging connector. The power connector includes a power cable including a conductor terminated to the cable connector at the rear of the terminal. The power connector includes a cable heat exchanger thermally coupled to the conductor of the power cable. The cable heat exchanger includes a coolant channel for coolant flow through the cable heat exchanger for actively cooling the conductor of the power cable. A thermally conductive separator electrically isolates the cable heat exchanger from the conductor of the power cable.

摘要： An electrical connector includes a housing and a terminal position assurance (TPA) member. The housing defines multiple cavities that extend between mating and cable ends of the housing, and are oriented parallel to a cavity axis. The housing holds electrical terminals within the cavities for electrically connecting to mating contacts of a mating connector. The TPA member is mounted to the cable end of the housing and movable relative to the housing between an unlocked position and a locked position. The TPA member moves from the unlocked position to the locked position along an actuation axis that is perpendicular to the cavity axis. The TPA member includes ledges that protrude into the cavities of the housing and into corresponding retreat paths of the terminals when the TPA member is in the locked position to block retreat of the terminals towards the cable end of the housing.
