    Abstract: The invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising: a) one or more poly(meth)acrylates with a weight-average molecular weight Mw of 200,000 g/mol or more in a combined mass fraction of 50% or more, in relation to the mass of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and b) one or more bonding resins with a weight-average molecular weight Mw of 20,000 g/mol or less in a combined mass fraction in the range of 1 to 25%, in relation to the mass of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the one or more bonding resins being producible by polymerisation of a first monomer composition comprising, in relation to the mass of the first monomer composition: i) one or more first monomers, which are selected from the group consisting of aromatic (meth)acrylates and styrene, in a combined mass fraction in the range of 5 to 40%, ii) one or more second monomers, which are selected from the group consisting of methyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate, in a combined mass fraction in the range of 35 to 68%, and iii) one or more third monomers, which are selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylates with a cycloaliphatic group, in a combined mass fraction in the range of 5 to 40%.

    Abstract: A pressure-sensitive adhesive for bonding printing plates comprises one or more poly(meth)acrylates in a combined mass fraction of 50% or more and preparable by polymerization of a monomer composition comprising, based on the mass of the monomer composition: i) one or more first monomers selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, dimethylacrylamide, hydroxybutyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate in a combined mass fraction in the range from 10%-20%, and ii) one or more second monomers selected from (meth)acrylic esters of the formula (I), CH2═CR1—C(O)O—CHR2R3 (I), where R1 is hydrogen or methyl, where either i) R2 is hydrogen and R3 is a branched alkyl group having 16-20 carbon atoms, or ii) R2 is a linear or branched alkyl group having 3-10 carbon atoms and R3 a linear or branched alkyl group having 6-10 carbon atoms, in a combined mass fraction in the range from 20%-90%.

    Abstract: A repulpable pressure-sensitive adhesive useful on polar and apolar papers and storage-stable comprises a polymer whose parent monomer composition comprises: a) 10 to 30 wt % of at least one compound of the formula (I) CH2═CH—C(O)NR1R2  (I), wherein R1 is an unsubstituted alkyl group, a hydroxyalkyl group or an acetonyl radical and R2 is a hydrogen atom, an unsubstituted alkyl group, a hydroxyalkyl group, an acetonyl radical or an aminoalkyl group; b) 60 to 80 wt % of at least one compound of the formula (II) CH2═CH—C(O)O—(CH2)2—O—R3  (II), wherein R3 is an unsubstituted alkyl group, an alkoxyalkyl group or a (polyalkoxy)alkyl group; and c) 0.5 to 10 wt % of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and (C2-C4 hydroxyalkyl) acrylates. Also disclosed is an adhesive tape comprising the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and use of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and/or the adhesive tape for producing water-soluble bonds.
