摘要: Provided is a composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery functional layer with which it is possible to form a functional layer that can cause a battery component including the functional layer to display a balance of both high blocking resistance and high process adhesiveness. The composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery functional layer contains a particulate polymer having a core-shell structure including a core portion and a shell portion at least partially covering an outer surface of the core portion. The core portion is formed by a polymer A and the shell portion is formed by a polymer B including not less than 1 mass % and not more than 20 mass % of a cyano group-containing monomer unit.

A structure adhesive composition exhibiting favorable thread breakage, the structure adhesive composition being a structure adhesive composition containing no liquid rubber component, the structure adhesive composition contains: (A) an epoxy resin in which rubber particles are dispersed as primary particles; and (B) an epoxy resin latent curing agent; a compounded proportion of the rubber particles in the structure adhesive composition is from 10 to 45 mass %; and a viscosity at 50° C. of the structure adhesive composition is from 190 to 380 (Pa·s) when a shearing speed is 5 (sec−1) and is from 1 to 30 (Pa·s) when the shearing speed is 200 (sec−1).

摘要: A liquid molding compound for protecting five edges of a semiconductor chip and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The liquid molding compound includes 15 to 40 parts by mass of an epoxy resin, 15 to 35 parts by mass of a curing agent, 0.1 to 3 parts by mass of a curing accelerator, 4 to 15 parts by mass of a toughening agent, 75 to 150 parts by mass of an inorganic filler, and 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of a coupling agent. The epoxy resin is one or more selected from the group consisting of a bisphenol A epoxy resin, a bisphenol F epoxy resin, and a biphenyl epoxy resin. The toughening agent is an adduct of an epoxy resin and a carboxyl-terminated liquid butyronitrile rubber, and the curing agent is a phenol-formaldehyde resin. The molding compound has a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE).

摘要: The present invention aims to provide an adhesive sheet excellent in both shear strength and slurry resistance at high temperature and excellent in removability that enables removal without adhesive residue. The present invention also aims to provide a polishing pad with an adhesive sheet including the adhesive sheet. Provided is an adhesive sheet including at least one adhesive layer, the adhesive layer containing a base polymer, a tackifier resin (T1) having a hydroxy value of less than 20 mgKOH/g, and a tackifier resin (T2) having a hydroxy value of 20 mgKOH/g or more and 120 mgKOH/g or less, the base polymer being a block copolymer of a monovinyl-substituted aromatic compound and a conjugated diene compound, and the adhesive layer containing the tackifier resin (T1) in an amount of 10 parts by weight or more and 60 parts by weight or less relative to 100 parts by weight of the base polymer, and the tackifier resin (T2) in an amount of 1 part by weight or more and 40 parts by weight or less relative to 100 parts by weight of the base polymer.

摘要: A roofing underlayment capable of adhering to a roof deck comprising: (a) a roofing membrane having a first and a second major surface; and (b) a pressure-sensitive adhesive disposed on the first major surface of the roofing membrane and comprising: (i) at least one of butyl rubber or polyisobutylene; (ii) a first liquid plasticizer, preferably polybutene; and (iii) a tackifier, wherein the Tg of the adhesive is at most about 100 C. The adhesive provides high bond strength and excellent long-term heat aging, weathering resistance, as well as good low temperature properties while providing a moisture proof seam. A method for making the roofing underlayment includes applying the adhesive to the membrane then applying a release liner over the adhesive layer. A method for using the roofing underlayment comprises removing the release liner then adhering the underlayment to the roof deck by contacting the first to the roof deck.
