摘要: The invention relates to a method for creating a motor vehicle seat cushion. The inventive method provides for a cover having a format of a complex comprising a layer of covering material and a sublayer of elastically compressible foam, and for arranging on the sublayer a film based on thermoplastic polyurethane. The film has a melting point and a melt mass-flow index that breaks down under the action of the heat released during the formation of the foam. The film is provided with a reinforcing thin-film to form a two-layer barrier against the penetration of foam. The reinforcing thin-film is based on a thermoplastic polyurethane with a melting point higher than that of the film and has a melt mass-flow index lower than that of the film, to have greater strength than the film so that the reinforcing thin-film breakdown under the action of heat is delayed.

摘要: The invention concerns a cushioning for seating or a backrest of a motor vehicle seat having a heating layer with an electric circuit made from conductive ink. The circuit has two buses extending longitudinally, the buses are connected together by a plurality of printed microcircuits shaped so as to form resistances capable of heating the cushioning. The cushioning also includes buses made from a first ink and microcircuits made from a second ink, the first ink having a higher intrinsic conductivity than that of the second ink, or the bus and microcircuits are made from the same ink, the ink being deposited more thickly for the buses than for the microcircuits, such that the buses provide minimized electrical resistance to the flow of current.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for producing a motor vehicle seat cushion comprising the following steps: providing a cover with an insert, the insert having a layer of coating material and a foam sublayer; placing the cover in a mold; positioning a thermoplastic film on the sublayer; injecting a foam precursor mixture to produce a block of padding. The film used is based on polyurethane with a melting point between 40° C. and 60° C. and a melt-mass flow rate greater than 15 g/10 min. The film degrades under the action of the heat released during the formation of the foam of the block to enable an overmolding of the sublayer by the block substantially without penetration of the foam of the block into the thickness of the sublayer.

摘要: The invention relates to a headrest having two rods (2), at least one having a locking detents, a housing with two channels and two sets of bearings, each set comprising a top bearing and a bottom bearing.
