The tissue specifying unit is configured to acquire first shape data representing shape of a tissue of the subject's eye by performing segmentation processing on the tomographic image. The specifying unit is configured to specify a low sensitivity component having a small variation with respect to a change in a position of the optical system with respect to the subject's eye from the first shape data, and to obtain second shape data representing shape of the tissue based on the specified low sensitivity component.

The OCT unit is configured to acquire OCT data of a fundus of the subject's eye using optical coherence tomography. The analyzer is configured to specify a shape of the fundus by analyzing the OCT data. The calculator is configured to calculate a dioptric power in a peripheral region of the first region of the fundus based on the dioptric power in the first region and the shape of the fundus.
