    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an epoxy resin composition excellent in elastic modulus and strength, and a prepreg and a fiber reinforced composite material with the epoxy resin composition. The present invention is the epoxy resin composition including the following components [A] to [C] and satisfying the following conditions (1) to (3): [A]: epoxy resin [B]: aromatic diamine [C]: a compound having a boiling point of 130° C. or more and a molecular weight m of 50 or more and 250 or less, the compound having no epoxy group in the molecule and having substantially no curing ability of an epoxy resin (1): at least a part of the component [C] satisfies that the sum of the polar component and the hydrogen bond component in the Hansen solubility parameters is 10.0 or more.
    (2): at least a part of the component [C] satisfies that the Hansen solubility parameter distance L to the component [A] is 20.0 or less.
    (3): the ratio H/E between the amount by mole, E, of the epoxy group of the component [A] and the amount by mole, C, of the component [C] satisfying both the condition (1) and the condition (2) is 0.01 or more and 0.20 or less.
    (4): the viscosity at 70° C. for 2 hours is 5.0 times or less the initial viscosity at 70° C.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a prepreg which has both excellent mechanical properties such as strength and elastic modulus and excellent appearance such as low-coloring property, transparency and weather resistance, and which also has an excellent tacking property, as well as to provide a fiber-reinforced composite material, a tubular fiber-reinforced composite material, a golf club shaft and a fishing rod, using the prepreg. The gist of the present invention is a prepreg including reinforcing fibers and a resin composition, wherein the resin composition contains the following component [A] to component [D]: component [A]: epoxy resins; component [B]: dicyandiamide; component [C]: a compound which has a boiling point of 130° C. or higher and a molecular weight m of 50 or more and 250 or less, which does not contain an epoxy group within the molecular structure, and which substantially does not have an epoxy resin curing ability; and component [D]: a phenoxy resin; and wherein the resin composition satisfies the following requirements (1) to (3): (1): the resin composition contains from 10 to 40 parts by mass of an isocyanurate type epoxy resin [A1], as the component [A], with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total epoxy resin: (2): the resin composition contains from 10 to 50 parts by mass of a novolac type epoxy resin [A2], as the component [A], with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total epoxy resin; and (3): the resin composition contains 10 parts by mass or less of a glycidylamine type epoxy resin [A3], as the component [A], with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total epoxy resin.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an epoxy resin composition which can be suitably used in prepreg and fiber-reinforced composite material applications, and which has an excellent strength, elastic modulus, elastic modulus under hot wet conditions and heat resistance after moisture absorption. The gist of the present invention is an epoxy resin composition including the following components [A], [B] and [C]:



    [A]: an epoxy resin,
    [B]: an amine curing agent, and
    [C]: a phosphate ester compound having a molecular weight of 250 or less; wherein the epoxy resin composition satisfies the following requirements (1) and (2):

    Abstract: There is provided a cured product of an epoxy resin composition, in which the compounding composition and the phase-separated structure of the epoxy resin composition are controlled so that the balance between rigidity and toughness of the cured product is superior compared with those of cured products of conventional epoxy resin compositions.
