Abstract: A metal removal filtering material having a basis weight of 30 to 120 g/m2 including a polyethylene porous base material and graft chains fixed to the polyethylene porous base material and having a functional group. The graft chains have a graft rate of 40 to 150%. The functional group is selected from a quaternary ammonium group, a primary, secondary, or tertiary amino group, an iminodiacetic acid group, a phosphate group, and an iminodiethanol group.
